The Carpe Diem has several locations in Brasilia and this one has clearly been suffering the new competition from Coco Bambu in the same shopping. Wrongfully so. The buffet is excellent and the meat options come very well prepared and in good sizes. Service was very friendly and efficient and assisted us in having a great meal despite time constraints.... Went here for their lunchtime buffet, heard lots about it so thought I would try it out. Here you can find some excellent Feijoada which is a traditional pork and bean stew. Went here twice for lunch, both times left very satisfied.

We were a little too late for lunch and a little too early for dinner, but the staff at Carpe Diem could not have been nicer and the food was very, very good. My two companions were vegetarian and really enjoyed the Caprese salad and a vegetarian salad. I had a sun dried beef salad that was very nice. The... More

There are 5-6 Carpe Diem restaurants in Brasilia, but the original at 104 Sul is the best. Very good fish and chicken dishes, excellent caipirinhas, and efficient service. Top off your meal with a creamy cappuccino. Prices are quite reasonable. I have eaten here many times over the past 10 years and it has maintained its quality. It's also the... More

http://carpediem.com.br/ This restaurant has 4 iterations in Brasilia go to the site above for the one closest to you. My preference is 104 Sul and have never been disappointed there. On our most recent trip this february we were delighted that standards at the 104S restaurant have not changed. The buffet as always looked exceptional, but we chose the lunch... More

At first sight Carpe Diem seems a nice, middle of the road restaurant. However, quality can be in the details. The buffet offered one of the best salads (ready made for you at the counter) of Brasilia. And the Tenderloin Beef that I asked to be made on the spot (contrary to the beef available as part in the buffet),... More

We went to Brasilia Shopping Center's Carpe Diem. The prices are higher than in the food court area. The buffet consisted of salads, mostly lettuce and vegetables. And it cost 30 reals per person which I think is somewhat high for that. The meat was excellent, we ordered chicken in garlic sauce and it was delicious. On the menu they... More

As noted below by Bahia123, it is really important to understand that there is more than one Carpe Diem in Brasilia. The address listed for this entry, 104 Sul, is the oldest and the main Carpe Diem, whereas a number of reviewers are reviewing the small Brasilia shopping center Carpe Diem restaurant in the mall. We passed the one in... More

This restaurant was recommended by our guide book and got good ratings on Trip Advisor, so we took the R$36 cab ride from our hotel, lopking forward to our meal. Things got off to a bad start when my partner's pisco sour arrived with no egg white nor bitters and had sugar around the rim. (My caipirinha was fine.) Our... More

Nice place. Service polite and friendly. Delicious food at very reasonable prices! The live music was totally unnecessary and musicians weren't good singers.

Description
Brasilia is a city that lives a happy contradiction that traditional places despite being still very young. Among these establishments, Carpe Diem can be proud to have his name established as a restaurant rather traditional youth capital. His fame extends far beyond the undeniable competence cuisine, the restaurant always boiled harboring thinkers, journalists, artists and those who like to live with the intellectual hubbub of the city. No wonder, the Carpe Diem was the stage for the launch of books, magazines, CDs, exhibitions and shows. The Carpe Diem have in your recipe right balance between tradition and innovation and the boundaries between the restaurant and a family environment are lost. Therefore, its consolidation as one of the preferred addresses between Brasilia was very natural. Today, Carpe Diem is approaching its 22 years and works for that as so many others, continue to be part of city life.shops:- Carpe Diem 104 South- Carpe Diem La Parrilla - Brasilia Shopping- Carpe Diem La Cuiccina - Terrace Shopping- Carpe Diem Bistro and Tratoria - Home Shopping Park- Carpe Diem Yacht Club - Yacht Club of BrasiliaBrasilia e uma cidade que vive a feliz contradicao de ter lugares tradicionais apesar de ser ainda muito jovem.
