Mark’s East Side is the current iteration of an Appleton institution. I remember eating here as far back as the 60’s when it was called the Normandy. Later it was Chef Bill’s. It’s always been good. Still is. Good food. Good service. A Wisconsin supper...More

I enjoy a good wurst plate, and Mark's baked sausage plate now tops my list. Three distinct sausages (Mettwurst, Weisswurst, and Knackwurst) on a bed of kraut with a side of spaetzle with gravy and a salad with hot bacon dressing. Oh my! This is...More

We had heard many great things about Mark's, so we expected it would be busy on a Friday night....little did we know there would be people waiting in every nook and cranny to get what all described as "the best food in town"! I am...More

Had a wonderful evening at Mark's, had a group of 15, service was excellent and the food was exceptional. The wiener schnitzel was very good as were the sauerkraut balls. If you dare the banana schnitzel is a great desert.

We have many things on the Gluten free menu. We have a deep fryer just for fried items and have researched all the sub items that are NOT gluten free. So just about the entire menus is available to you. Thanks Mark
