You can find the restaurant by looking for the giant sign on calle Averoa then following the alley. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I had the fish and chicken curries with mash and they were delicious. The cocktails are also very nice.

Really fresh and tasty, best meal we have had and maybe will have in Bolivia! It's a bit hard to find because it's not marked correctly on here and it's down a little ally, so maybe ask someone. We had the fish curry and the chicken curry and would definitely recommend both. Compared to some other restaurants in the town,... More

Girlfriend friend and I went to this restaurant on the recommendation of our brilliant pampas guide as he said the local fish dish there was fantastic and he did not lie. All three of us had the curried fish wrapped in large banana type leaves and all three of us walked out full and well satisfied. Would recommend in a... More

I don't know what to add that others haven't! The fish curry here is simply sublime, the cocktails are cheap and tasty and the beer is indeed incredibly cold. We went back a second time and almost ordered the curry again but went for the lasagna, one veggie, one chicken. Though the dish was more like a bake than a... More

This place is a little gem of Rurrenabaque. Run by a friendly Aussie ex-pat El Nomadico is a relaxing bar/restaurant, off the streets of Rurrenabaque and serves quality food, cocktails and finally a place with real COLD BEER!!! I ordered the Quinoa Lasagna which comes with a side of garlic bread. Where do I start it was soooo delicious! Absolutely... More

My friends and I were working at a local clinic in RBQ and lived there for a month. During our stay we came to El Nomadico several times. Each time was consistently delicious! Their signature fish curry dish (from the Bene!) is really the best fish around (don't eat the banana leaf though lol). There's nothing like it. You have... More

The food here is simply magnificent. Without doubt, it's the best in Rurrenabaque, and the fish curry is one of the best meals we've eaten in South America. It was so good we came here three times as our plane kept getting cancelled. Had the fish twice and the steak (also excellent) once. Garlic bread is fantastic and generously portioned.... More

This place is awesome. Cheap and delicious cocktails all night long. Fish curry is as good as everyone goes on about. We also had the steak and garlic bread which were both awesome too. Approx cost for 2 mains, garlic bread & 4 cocktails 170B

We visited El Nomadico based on reviews and were not disappointed! Delicious fish curry and yummy cocktails. Great service from the Aussie owner who gave me extra spice as requested! Best meal in Bolivia so far!
