Nice place for a casual meal. Loud and stuffy inside, but great seating on the sidewalk. Good place to people watch and enjoy an inexpensive DC metro meal. Solid service and food.

Over 45 minutes for a Belgian waffle when place was far from busy...nuff said. Food overall is average, at best.
