This was third trip to Brabo and something has happened to this once lovely restaurant. First, it was a Saturday night and there was a large party in the hotel. Regardless, it took around 45 minutes to get our drinks for a table of eight-the...More

I had the pleasure of hosting a dinner for 9 at BRABO recently. I was a bit worried that we would be crowded into a corner and hurried along. I needn't have worried. OUr table was perfectly placed along a lovely wall--we weren't crowded in...More

Had dinner in the Brasserie, which is adjacent to the bar. Noise level made conversation all but impossible. Dinner was overpriced and underwhelming. Hanger steak was tough and had an odd, off flavor. Cod was tasty but not particularly memorable. Neither entrée had enough vegetable...More

We have been to Brabo's Tasting Room on many occasions, since it is a somewhat less expensive and more informal restaurant than the main dining room. But every once in a while we go to the main dining room as we recently did for Restaurant...More

I came here with my 5 friends after the Women's March on Washington and we were ready to be pampered, fed and soothed after a long day walking in the cold. I couldn't have been happier with the results. Our table was ready immediately and...More

This updates an earlier (negative) review. This long-time old town restaurant has regained its sea legs. It's not the old white table cloth (overly stiff and formal) restaurant of its early days, but the food is tasty and well prepared and the menu is broad...More

Stroll across the historic old town before heading to Brabo. Great food, healthy, fresh and beautifully presented. European Mediterranean cuisine; stylish Benelux interior. Long and varied cocktail list. Room for improvement: bread & butter coming straight away together with water.

Some of the finest French/Belgian cooking imaginable has come to Brabo in the person of Chef Sebastian Rondier. A traditional French chef with an amazing way of making old dishes new again. I'd describe the menu but the Summer menu debuts today (07/18) and so...More
