I enjoyed my meal but the carne guisada was a little tough but the gravy was tasty. The chips and salsa are EXCELLENT and I also enjoyed the rice and beans that came with the meal. My dining companion had the beef enchiladas which she thoroughly enjoyed. The staff was super friendly and I enjoyed my early Sat morning meal... More

Invited by co-workers to meet here for lunch. Was skeptical at first, but I was sold over with the great flavor of the enchiladas. Good staff. Limited parking. Impressed with the salsa and the prompt, quick service. They did a good job with the Tex-Mex dishes. Everyone in our party cleaned their plates.

Girls' Night Out with 10 friends on a Friday. Food was not that great, somewhat bland (except for the salsa), dry (after the beans got cold, they were no longer edible), and portions were small. I ordered the grilled chicken breast, which was the smallest restaurant portion breast I have ever had. My refried beans tasted canned and the rice... More

Angie's does tex mex. Right. You won't go wrong with anything from their menu of humble tex-mex classics. But what really shines is their carnitas plate. Carnitas is traditionally twice cooked pork roast. Baked to cook it and then fried to crisp it. Angie's makes their own corn tortillas. So they are thick. They fry the shells for the tacos... More

I've eaten lunch at Angie's for years and it's always been a great value with great flavor. Took my Dad there for breakfast recently and he said it was much better than my other local Tex-Mex haunt. The salsa is home-made and consistently good, has a good kick but won't take the paint off your car (that's a good thing).... More

As someone who spends some time downtown, it's great to have a place that sells good food and drinks that is close to downtown, open in the morning, and never disappoints in regards to quality or attitude.

If you want a local place and Mexican food come here. The Carnitas taco plate is very good. A must is the lemonade. It can get crowded but you know its because of the food. Seat back have a drink and take it easy you will really enjoy the food. You might meet Angie while you are there.

My husband and I visit Angie's on a regular basis for brunch and the food is really good. The restaurant can get crowded at times but the food is worth the wait. The fresh frozen Lemonade is Awesome!!! You have to try it and you will be hooked.

Basic, well prepared enchiladas and tacos. Service was very slow. Plates are plastic. Prices very reasonable.
