I recently found this hidden oasis in Austin. Apparently been in business for 20+ years on the DL. By far the best sushi rolls I have found in Texas. Made in front of you by the proprietors of this fine establishment with, to date, no...More

Tried Shogun for the first time and was not disappointed. Not much to look at from the outside, but very inviting inside. We had hot green tea, spicy tuna roll, and pork dumplings. Everything was delicious.

We have been dining at Shogun for ~20 years! Love the owners, and the food has changed but stayed excellent over the years....

This is not fusion, zen or a hip place to eat, it is however some of the best Japanese food I have experienced in Austin. The tempura was crunchy, full of flavor and the vegetables just right. My guest also had the Unagi and Crunchy...More
