We've been Roaring Fork fans for years and though we no longer live in Austin, we race to Roaring Fork as soon as we hit town. This lunch was particularly special because I had emailed the restaurant in advance to advise that we had a lunch reservation, and hoped that I could get the beef rib ($27.50) usually only served... This is a nice romantic restaurant that serves awesome food. I highly recommend it for a special occasion as the food is delicious and it has a nice waterfront view. I would recommend the bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with the green chilie mac n cheese. You won't be disappointed.

I have been to this restaurant 3 times in 3 years and have loved the food. The spiced mac and cheese is to die for. The filets are melt in your mouth. I would recommend this restaurant anytime and especially for happy hour.

I had a business meal here 2 nights ago and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I could cut my steak with a butter knife and the flavor was great. Don't miss out on the stuffed fried avocado got an appetizer.

The food was amazing and the service was excellent. The braised beef ribs melted in your mouth. The pork carnitas was even better. When they found out it was a birthday celebration, they brought a complementary slice of cheese cake. We visited the location in North Austin. There is another location downtown near 6th street. I will visit every time... More

With three couple friends we enjoyed a reunion brunch here. The salmon benedict was great and we would order again, but we have had their traditional benedict so it would be a tough choice. Good mimosa and bloody mary's as well. Great service, lovely setting. We had a nice large square table so we could all visit comfortably. We will... More

I went to the Roaring Fork for the first time a few years ago and made it a point to return so I could get a repeat of the cedar-planked salmon dinner I had the first time. It was excellent on the return visit as well! One of the highlights for me at the Roaring Fork is this amazing Huckleberry... More

The atmosphere is seductive yet festive! Our host, Joshua and server Alfred, exceptional....the food is second to none. Tonight's feature from the sea was the cod and polenta with a side of perfectly streamed broccoli. Appetizers, dessert and cocktails simply the BEST!!!
