Cool vibe to this place and the three of us enjoyed our lunches. 3 lunch entrees, 2 glasses of wine and one draft beer was $90 before tip. Service was very good. Our one big complaint was the noise level. Really hard to hold a conversation. We wanted to sit indoors, but the noise level was deafening - so we ate out on the patio area. Was still touch to hear.

The subculture cuisine atmosphere of Culinary Dropout is directed toward the Generation Z crowd having a cool vibe. It’s a great hangout with games to play and listen to music, and the staff makes you feel welcomed. The problem you will find is the secret is out and there always seem to have a wait list. Be sure to arrive early for lunch or dinner. I have dined here many times and love the Fried Chicken, but today I wanted to try the Chopped Chicken Salad. I asked for a sparkling water and got a cold bottle of Mineragua with a lime to self insert. It was presented very well and enjoyed it. This place seems all about presentation to the eye where it has cool decor and can be a kitchen watcher through a wall of glass. However the food takes centerpiece. My salad arrived and it was a big bowl of deliciously mixed ingredients. Just on top I saw grilled chicken chunks, bacon, avocado, lettuce, cheese and an egg. The bacon bbq ranch dressing was perfectly matched where the salad was full of flavor. This is a perfect to bring kids to where they can feel included versus the more adult hangouts on Rock Rose Ave.

All 3 of us loved our breakfast, I love to cook & my hubby used to run a restaurant. Good coffee in a pottery cappuccino cup, tall big waters. Ordered a cup of corn chowder, smelled delish and we all loved the combo of flavors. Ordered the breakfast sandwich on a soft roll, hash brown patty, avo, egg..great home fries cooked perfect! Apple Bread Pudding French toast was amazing (& I’m not a bread pudding fan!) crispy corners, apples cooked perfectly. Chicken and buttermilk biscuit (had a brown not white gravy) good.

We ate from the appetizer menu and they charged separately for everything, even though the menu price appeared to be all inclusive. We ate outside and it was so noisy that we couldn’t have a conversation. The prices were outrageous. Our waiter was excellent. But we don’t plan to go back.

I had heard so many people rave about this place, and while the food was decent, I think the hype is far fetched. the menu does not accurately describe the plates, and they were very underwhelming. Interesting atmosphere for the type of crowd it's looking for. birds flying everywhere in the enclosed outdoor section. Waiter was very nice but her co-workers were not welcoming whatsoever.

I really liked the vibe and decor of this British style gastropub. My colleagues seemed to enjoy the cocktails. I ordered the Vegan curry and enjoyed it. However, it was rather soup-like in consistency and so I asked for a spoon instead of a fork and was told there weren’t any spoons available. Um, what? How does a restaurant not have enough spoons when they serve dishes you need to eat with a spoon?

We needed a place to gather a large circle of friends to celebrate an engagement. We wanted something casual, dog and baby friendly. This was the perfect place with a mix of lounge seating and tables. I really want to commend our server Peach who took such care of us with patience and kindness. Also serving us was Ian and Bailey. When we wanted to do a champagne toast with lots of glasses needed for everyone, they were more than accommodating; actually they were genuinely happy to help us celebrate. Yes, the food and drink was good at Culinary Dropout, but what made our experience great was our servers! Thank you!

Took too long for our food to come out. Both our waiter and the manager came out to apologize for the long delay. Very few fries accompanied the burger. Also very few fries accompanied the chicken tenders. Chopped chicken salad was good but pricey at $17. Our waiter was excellent and checked on us regularly. Will not come back here for the food

Good food and service. From the lunch menu, ordered salmon and trout to determine the taste of fish in practical applications. The portions were smallish. The sides were very small. See pictures. Appears this is a national chain. Music? Had multiple visits from various staff. Fun to watch the chefs at work behind large plate glass.

A big open place with a large patio and lots of fresh air dining, we stopped in for a quick lunchtime drink. we ordered a couple of gin and tonics, friendly bar staff who pour a very generous drink. There are lots of large-screen T. Vs for sports fans at the Front Culinary Dropout bar. Great atmosphere lots of comings and goings defiantly a happening place. TIP: On busy days if they are full ask to sit at the bar. If you’ve found this review helpful, I would appreciate a thumbs up below.

Stopped here while shopping at The Domain. It was one of the few restaurants that allowed children under 21. They had great drinks and live music. We only had the pretzel/fondue and kids chicken fingers and fries but both were very good. Great service too and fun outdoor seating area.

I had a business lunch here earlier this week and had the French Dip Sandwich. It was very good although it went light on the meat in the sandwich. The meat on each half of the bun only covered about 50% of it. The fries it came with were also quite tasty.

My husband and I were staying at the Domain for a few nights to get away, and we had dinner two nights in a row at Culinary Dropout. The space is great, huge outdoor covered patio, an area with games for the kids and adults alike. We loved the small plates and snacks portion of the menu, we had some great food! Drinks were good, entrees were well prepared. The staff was great, our first night the food took forever to come out, which we didn't mind as we weren't in a hurry. However, the staff was super apologetic and we ended up getting free dessert, which wasn't expected, but appreciated. I would highly recommend a trip to Culinary Dropout when you're in town!

Holy cow - talk about a great meal! I ordered the chicken pasta and brussel sprouts, we also had the steak frites and rainbow trout. Everything was spot on with flavors and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere was great and service was awesome.

In town visiting son, figured we would give this place a try. First of all our waitress was outstanding, she was very engaging and friendly. The food was very good, we had everything from the steak to the hamburgers. The live music was good but way to loud, hardly able to have a conversation. Only negative was the prices of our cocktails , very expensive ! I mean isn't Tito's made locally! Don't think it commands the price that was charged. I would return, but might have a cocktail or two prior! Lol.
