Slow service and high prices for the amount of food that they bring to you. Soup was cold and no biscuits till we were halfway done with our meal. Might try a different one to see how it is at another location

See above. Atmosphere was also excellent. it was a very pleasant meal. My appetizer was a hot dish that came to us cold and the waitress personally took care of the problem and brought us another and then the manager came over and wrote off the charge. Nice.
A night on the town with my girlfriend and our son visited the last day of the endless shrimp promotion. I had 2 change my son's diaper in the bathroom which was clean. The waiter was awesome but the fried shrimp wasn't my favorite option. Crab legs were good, calamari was as well, and the lobster mashed potatoes became the... More
My fiance took me to enjoy the endless shrimp. Nisha made out experience wonderful. She made lots of trips for shrimp and never complained. Thanks Nisha for your wonderful customer service.
Maybe had a bad day and,I should make clear, we're not RL fans to begin with but went as were unfamiliar with area and were starving. Dining area had an of putting scent to it. Smelled like cleaner and mildew. Fish tasted old and had a mild ammonia flavor. Service was ok; nothing to look fwd to. Given the chance... More
Our party of eight ordered a variety of soups, seafood, steaks and sides. Everything was quite good - not fancy, but well prepared and enjoyable at a reasonable price. The service was capable, friendly and enthusiastic.
We got there at about 4pm, and only two other tables were filled. Drinks took 20 minutes to arrive at our table. Salad was warm and limp. Dinner was sparse and fried shrimp tough and not very fresh tasting. The best part of the meal were the Cheddar Bay Biscuits. Cost for 2 of us was nearly $70 with no... More
The restaurant needs a face lift. Its a little dated and not quite as clean and the food is not at all what it should be for the price.
My friend and went for the New Seafood Trio and was very disappointed with the food and slow service. The last two times we went was very disappointed in the food and service. So will not be going back till the Fall and the all You can Eat Shrimp.
The waitress was sick, didn't check on our needs much but when we finally got the food, which took a while (during lunch with less than 15 people in the restaurant) at least it was good and hot!
