I have eaten at every Skins accept the Clemson location. They have great dogs. I never go home (to the Anderson SC area) without having at least one meal there. I only wish they still served bottled Cokes.

I've heard how great the place was so I couldn't wait to go try it after moving to the area. Maybe it's just bc I'm used to so much more where I'm originally from but I was very disappointed. The dog and bun were the same thing you'd get in the 99 cent grocery store pack and the "chili" as... More

Awesome hot dogs ever in Anderson, SC. The chilli and sweet tea is out of this world delicious. You can get a slaw dog or cheese dog. I just love a regular hot dog.

The hot dogs are always consistant no matter which Skin's you go to but leave the slaw out. It's just cabbage and a tiny bit of mayo. I prefer mine" all the way, add mayo", then I add hot sauce at the table. I know it sounds crazy but it's really tasty. Skin's is also the only place my husband... More

My oldest son and family just relocated to Anderson SC from Oakboro NC. For months they have been raving about a place called Skins Hot Dogs. I consider myself a hot dog expert, making my own home made Chili from my grandfathers 1930's recipe. The hot dogs at skins, surpassed my best efforts and their home made chili is almost... More

I've eaten at 3 locations in Anderson, one in Clemson, and one in Seneca. What a fabulous business model: hot dogs, maybe coleslaw, maybe chips, maybe pound cake. Come on in, sit down, order "2 all the way" and that will get you a dog in a bun with chili and onions with some mustard. I add hot sauce and... More

Usually, I don't especially like hot dogs but my wife and I enjoy Skin's hot dogs! Their wieners are tender and tasty. They have the best chili around. It doesn't taste like chili powder and it isn't greasy. Their buns are just right; they are warm, soft, and slightly moist. I don't think I will ever eat another hot dog... More

I have eaten Hot Dogs all over the world and Skins always wins as the best hot dog ever. We always enjoy eating a couple of Skin Hot Dogs when we are in the area.

We stopped here on 12/5/15 and ordered several hot dogs to go. We always enjoy stopping at skins when we come through Anderson. They are always consistent and taste great. The employees are always nice as well.
