This is a great restaurant. Would go back whenever in the area. Brewery is excellent and you can get growlers to go. Don't miss the schnitzel.

I was very disappointed in the meal. I had not been there for a while since our meal was so horribly delayed due to a large party in the same room. Decide to give it a try again. The menu has changed the options appear to be OK. I tried the burger I asked for medium I get well done... More

This was the third time we tried Stoudt's since they change the menu last year. Super super disappointed. This is one of my favorite restaurants. They did away with one of my favorite meals the sausage platter. Then brought it back excluding the choices of sausage and the pickled cabbage. Our appetizer we had this evening was the (2) eggrolls... More

This steakhouse is not up to the quality of a city restaurant in atmosphere, service, and menu options. The filet mignon was very good, but it was served with a lackluster salad and a choice of only one vegetable and a choice of two types of potatoes. It would have been nice to have been served a basket of crusty... More

Friends recommended this place when we were in the area. They have a great beer selection and friendly service too. We were there at lunch time and tried the fried chicken sandwiches which were very tasty. We sat at the bar and met some of the locals who were real nice and friendly. This was one of the 1st microbreweries... More

The dining room was very quaint and promised a beautiful atmosphere to enjoy a nice dinner. The food was just not good at all. My wife ordered a steak "well done" (I know...), it came out med-rare. The spaetzle was a very small portion under my very over-cooked schnitzel (the spaetzle tasted like it was microwaved). The service was just... More

Came with a group of 18. There was a beer release party going on at the same time. We were seating right away (despite the crowd). My husband and most of the group were thrilled with the "Believe"--a double bock brew released that evening. They raved about it (and may have bought some to bring home too :-) ) As... More

The atmosphere is awesome, beers are great, and the food is even better. They have a classic interior with comfy high back chairs and unique decor good for a date night, not a kid place but really awesome!

The Black Angus is pretty much as I remember it the last time I visited in the early 1980s. The old blue Packard is still in the foyer and the restaurant still serves nice cuts of beef. What's changed is the surrounding area; the place is a compound now with more of an emphasis on German beer, food and culture.... More

Nice older place with decor from early pilgrims days, or at least I felt that way. It was clean and I only had a beer or two to check it out. So the beer I had was the double IPA which was above being good for me. Looked like fresh oysters were out on the bar and they did look... More
