Improved management has fundamentally changed this Beaver Creek Commons Restaurant now has the best location management, front and back of the house run very well, waitstaff, runners, and kitchen are geared for well timed, prompt, courteous, well prepared, and accurate service of any formula hospitality restaurants I have frequented in the Triangle Area. Few errors if any are handled well... More

Met a friend for dinner at this location in Beaver Creek Commons. It was a weekend and I figured it would be busy so I called ahead. They don't take reservations but do have "Call Ahead Seating". We arrived at the appointed time and still had a wait for about 20 minutes. There is ample seating in the indoor or... More

I love their Rib Eye and their sweet potato side. Their seasonal offerings are always great, as well as their specialty cocktails. All their steaks are always cooked to the requested point and service is fast, friendly and efficient. Love it!

A group of us dined at Longhorn Apex recently and the atmosphere is very nice . Our meal was ok and choices were good . Overall our whole experience was rushed and unprofessional due to our waiter who lacked warmth and had no patience . Our questions seemed to annoy him . Service is just not polished like you would... We ate here for my 75th birthday. It was crowded when we arrived with an estimated one hour waiting time. The actual waiting time was 40 minutes. Despite the crowd, service was excellent with virtually no waiting time between courses. Our waiter was really on top of things. We had coupons for a free appetizer and a free birthday dessert... My wife and I experienced a great meal Monday evening 11/11/2013. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The service outstanding. Melanie was our waitress and took great care of us. Even the manager that evening made sure our experience was exceptional. We're definitely recommending Longhorn Steakhouse in Apex NC as a must try. You'll be glad you did!

Ate here last night and everyone took home leftovers! The portions are big and full of flavor. My filet was cooked perfectly and the baked potatoe was fluffy & loaded with goodies. A friend upgraded side to their Mac n cheese and was very impressed with the flavor and cheeses goodness! Never got a chance to do dessert so might... More

The prime rib sandwich or 1/2 sandwich and soup or salad is a great choice for lunch! The chili cheese fries are a great starter.
