Food is acceptable but crew not motivated. View is ok. Seems local was once very nice but due to Covid a little worn-down.

Finding this lovely “floating” restaurant on the bay for my sister’s birthday was a blessing! The calm and beauty viewed whilst enjoying delicious food not only enabled us to enjoy quality family time, but also be proud of the beauty of Manila Bay. The place is good and the menu are very great for seafood lovers. i so love the shrimp that makes me drool everytime i think of that.

Great for seafood lovers. A friendly place with beautiful views, a nice breeze and okay service. Everything we tried was of good taste, especially the shrimps were very fresh and delicious.

Mixed feelings on this place. We went for lunch and immediately got a table and our order was taken right away. Sadly, the meal took over an hour to arrive. When it did, they brought the wrong fish. The waiter agreed and offered to replace...it, but we really didn’t want to sit another hour. No apology. No offer to comp. Just “oh well”. We also had a side order of chips. It arrived after we had finished the entire meal and asked for the bill. Again, no apologies and they wouldn’t take it off the bill. Food was good however!More

The service at this place is worse than poor, it’s almost non-existent. We waited 45 minutes before someone took our order. When they took the order, they came back and said they didn’t have any crabs at all. We said could we have another minute...to look at the menu again. Then another 35 minutes without someone taking our order. The locale is on a very polluted water way (with all sorts of unpleasant things floating in it, including underwear and nappies). The food is so so and overpriced by Manila standards.More

Been here in January (2020). Didn't need a reservation, we could just sit outside on "the pier", above the water. I did order a Salmon Pasta, but also tasted the first time Sizzling Sisig. A well known Filipino dish. As a Filipino myself, i was...astonished by the view and the taste of Filipino food. It was my first time going back to the Philippines since i'm a adoptee. We really enjoyed our dinner at Harbor view on our first day in Manila. The location is ideal, it is actually a dock so you sit just above the sea, all the dishes we ordered were extremely tasty and the staff was very polite. The...only negative I could say is that it is a bit expensive for Manila standards. They could at least make the portions a bit bigger for that price.More

We ordered the seafood basket and they came without the basket. The waiter cut us short when we complained as the visit before the seafood arrived in a very nice edible basket which this time wasn’t there and no one gave us any explanation. Quite...disappointed for the treatment.More
