I don't think they do delivery.. but try to go to their website and check anyway. It is actually more fun to eat it there though!

IF you order say fried tilapia (fish), nilasing na hipon (drunken shrimps), pinakbet (mixed veggies), sinigang na baboy (sour pork soup), & a noodle dish, I dont think the bill will be too much. The secret is in balancing the orders. Dont get the expensive items like crabs, lobsters, live garoupa as these are way too expensive. Better to order these expensive items in a chinese restsurant where it is cooked better.
Oh! And avoid the mixed drinks i.e. green mango shake, four season drink, etc. These also add up a LOT to the bill. Enjoy the view!

Harbor View takes reservations,a good idea to book ahead if you are intending to go on a Weekend evening but not no need during weekdays.I have been dining at Harbor View since 2004 & can recommend everything on the menu😊

Yes open November & December. I've been going there since 2004 & most recent visit was last Tuesday lunchtime. Try what I had, Kilawin Tanigue, Calamares, Beef with Brocolli, Crispy Pata followed by Mango Pandan Crepes

Been to the restaurant for lunch last time I went home. Thinking of having my birthday party there in May. can you reserve a portion of the restaurant (the end part is best for privacy) for a large group of say 35-40 people? thanks

Hi
Just book and tell them exactly what you want - they, in my experience are very accommodating. One small point - they normally have a very poor selection of wine - so either book wines in advance or bring your own which is what we did on our last visit. Hope this helps.
Have a wonderful time as we also do!!
Cheers
