Nice Chinese restaurant serving authentic Chinese dish. Walking into the restaurant did bring me to the nostalgia feeling with old decoration and interior. Elderly waitress serving food and taking order. I really enjoy the dish there especially: 1. Signature steamed Eight Treasure Duck (must pre-order), stuffed with ingredients ginkgo, lotus seed, chestnuts, yam, mushroom, mui choy, mung beans.. and I... More

A restaurant that stands for almost 70 years will today is somewhat an achievement. The essence of it is it has maintained its quality over the years. Came back to have lunch with family members. When we came in, the lady boss wants us to sit in the non Air-cond section. After some confusion, they decided to open upstairs sitting,... More

Located along Jalan Pudu, right next to LRT Pudu Station. There is their original restaurant unit without aircond, only fan & an aircond unit right across an aisle. Aircond side must make reservations, and ut is often fully booked. Lang poon, their cold gelly dish & their famous braised trotter (pat poh ju keok) tasted so original as of old.... More

Decided to come for lunch here on the second day of CNY. Arrived before noon. Many tables were already taken. Took a table upstairs in the air conditioned restaurant. Ordered yee sang which cost RM60. The taste was ok but the crackers were lacking. The fish slices looked unappetising. The other dishes were generally average. The ku lou yuk was... More

Always like this place. Classic Cantonese cooking in KL. Even the yeesang is the old style which I like. They don't use salmon ..Yes!!!! Carp infact was THE choice in the yesteryears.. and it suits well with the ingredients... U don't really get chives and spring onions on your yeesang nowadays. Other dishes here are always authentic. And wood stove... More

Best roast duck I have eaten in Kuala Lumpur, crispy skin and non- chewy meat! Their long beans fried with crispy roast pork is very good too. Distinct sweet and sour pork served as home cooked style. If you go late, your menu choices will be limited. Not much ambience but food is pretty good. Price reasonable. Pretty packed everyday... Few senior cooks. But the food taste excellent. Must try their Roast Pork & Steam Fish dishes, price for these 2 dishes in city area considered cheap. And their steam rice is nice! But if you expect good and excellent service, then not here. Only good food and a little patience to wait, come early if you can. Convenient to... More

Old style Chinese/Cantonese dishes, this restaurant is one of the oldest restaurant still standing today. Hardly any change in the internal deco, simple old style food so don't expect fancy deco, stylish dressed waiter/waitress or fancy beverages. Food taste has dropped a notch or two with the old chefs passing on, ask for their famous dishes like Peipa (Roast) Duck,... More

Very very slow in serving food, took more half hour to serve a fish Food taste is average Ordering food is not accordingly. Food serving is not continuously. Waiting period is way too long. From first dishes till the last dishes, it took more than an hour.

This is my first visit to this restaurant despite being a born & raised KLite, considering the restaurant has been around for ages!. So our friend decided to take us there to try out some of the signature dishes that has been well known The restaurant is jam packed always ,even on a weekday ( I am told) and looking... More
