Came here for dim sum recommendated by my Dentist. Pleasant ambience. The restaurant was not crowded on the weekday we were there. The taste and quality was good. Well presented dishes though prices are considered above average for local standard. Prompt and polite service. Overall good experience. Will recommend.

I went to TableApp to book a table for lunch. Eric, the Asst Manager, replied with a confirmation via email. I further wrote to him to check on the location/direction from Berjaya Times Square to Grand Millenium. He replied promptly. We didn't reach on time. We called to push back our reservation for another 30mins. When we arrived, we didn't... More

Came here for lunch and we ordered the shark fins dumpling soup as it was recommended, the fried prawn roll, the Siew Mai, Cheong Fun with shrimps, fish porridge and the salt and pepper fried soft shell crab. However, our soft shell crab didn't arrive and we cancelled the order since we waited too long. The other dim sum dishes... More

My friend brought me to this place for dim sum, and I was surprised to find the dim sum to be excellent in quality. Every classic dish that I ordered such as siu mai and har gow was displayed elegantly with great taste. The ambience of the restaurant is great and perfect for those who are looking for a quieter... Restaurant on Level 1 of Grand Millennium Hotel. Very quiet on a Sunday evening, only 4 tables occupied. Food was surprisingly good but on the more expensive side as restaurant run by the hotel. A Promotion menu is also available and the pork rib dish was delicious. The Fried Tofu with mince pork was divine. The not so common Fried... More

My family group of 4 adults and 3 children came for dinner on 17-June-2016. Food was very good. We especially like the soft shell crab. Peking duck was good but could be better. Service was impeccable.

The taste is absolute fabulous as before making it one of the best dim sum in town. Must try the Har Gao (prawn) & Gun Tong Gao (soup with wanton). Also not forgetting the fried lobak and we added some noodles.

I had an early dinner here before attending a concert at the Dewan Filharmonik Petronas. I came right at opening time of 6.30pm with only one other customer in the restaurant. I had the Fried Rice, Broccoli in Oyster Sauce and Beijing style lamb cutlet RM41 (photos of all posted). All dishes were very flavoursome, however the two lamb cutlets... More

The restaurant is upmarket, reflected in the setting and ambience and of course the price on the menu. Extensive and impressive menu. Ordered Soon Hock steamed, iberico pork ribs, vegetables, King Prawn and some noodles. The dishes were all delicious. The taste were delicate and you can sense the class of the chef in preparing those dishes. High standard indeed.... More

If you are looking for unique and exquisite Chinese food, Lai Ching Yuen is where you want to visit. Try the dim sum too; especially the fried prawn rolls!
