This was recommended on a list on the internet so when I chanced to walk by I decided to try. The staff are eager and helpful, and service is good even when busy. I had Hokkien Mee and found it really tasty. They have a good menu including vegetarian options, I would definitely eat here again.

Right in the smack of Chinatown you can get the one of the best Hokkien Mee (Black Noodles) in KL.... the stirred fried noodles braised in fragrant sauce & pork belly is simply awesome. Not too pricey and there are many other dishes to choose from. One can have the choice of open air seating on the ground floor or... More

Try the one in petaling street, thought the food is bit too oily. The one in sunway pyramid is way better.

One of the oldest street food in Malaysia, that has it's root from China. The founder (chef) used to cook non stop at a high heat of charcoal, and in few mins the dish is ready to be served. So to keep the freshness and preserve the nutrients. They meticulously choose ingredients that are fresh. All of the dishes in... More

Stopped at Kim Lian Kee just for a drink (beer Asahi of course) and found it expensive, but it was our mistake, not theirs. Staff was very polite and smiley but the main reason I'm writing this review is to thank a couple of english speaking guys who approached our table and gave us two hop on hop off tickets... More

We popped in for a few beers - and ended up eating. Food was surprisingly good. Staff attentive. The loo even passed the test!! Couldn't ask for a better place to sit and watch the world go by!!

Service staff's attitude was bad. Food was overrated and pricey. would not recommend people to dine in here. many better options available within the area.

Maybe we're simply not hokkien mee people - we ordered their signature dish, heavily influenced by the reviews and reputation, but it was stodgy to our taste, and didn't live up to its admittedly high expectations. We preferred the shrimp and pork fried rice that we ordered for the kids to be honest. Service was friendly and helpful, and pricing... More

We ranked their Hokkien Mee as the TOP choice , follow up the Hor fun, the Lor Mee is so so only . The Hokkien Mee had a lot of lard on it and it was really really tasty .
