From the beautiful hostess and waitresses to the gorgeous setup and food, White Rabbit out plays so many restaurants in terms of quality and innovation. Their steaks and meat, in general, is very good, and the ambience is very nice for Moscow! I recommend 100%

Crowds of tourists, both local and international take
in Old Arbat and its modern and gigantic peer – New
Arbat. One reason visitors keep coming is no doubt
Konstantin Melnikov’s famous private house, now open
to the public and worthy of a visit. After exploring
one of the oldest parts of Moscow, avoid the crowds
and turn to the side streets and boulevards where
calmness and affordable food is plentiful.

Hi Garen! Unfortunately not. They have a bistro part with light menu and only a bar - but that part misses the views that the restaurant has.
