For a short stopover we had no much time. Found that mall and this restaurant. Very interesting food. Reasonable prices. Clean. Friendly staff. This is a restaurant chain, will try to find more of it in other cities.

Hands down, Golden Cowrie has truly captured Cebuano palette. It runs in the veins of every Cebuano to love this restaurant. But there is also something in this restaurant that truly reverberates noise. I hate it when you eat there, it is just tooooooo noisy!
