We visited the BluGre (pronounced as "Blue Grey", according to one cafe staff) in Ayala Abreeza because we heard positive reviews about the durian-infused snacks and drinks. I ordered a Durian Arctic blast which was a cold and creamy drink heavily infused with durian while my sister ordered Durian Coffeeccino, a hot drink with durian too. When our drinks arrived,... Dated December 3-11, 2016 I was deployed in Mindanao, somewhere in the most popular city in the Philippines, the Davao City. As an auditor, you get a chance to travel places when your clients are out of Manila area. I chose to become an external auditor of a well-known firm not because of the salary offer (of course it’s still... More

VISITED THIS place... again after almost 15 years... the taste has never change (to the best of my recollection). My partner who is not from davao tried their durian cheesecake and she loved it... still a good place to go... nostalgic for me and new experience for my partner. Glad i dropped by before heading back to Makati.

Place is not fully air conditioned. It works for me though coz I prefer not-so-cold coffeeshops but my companions were not very happy about it. The mugs look so worn-out and if you're too delicate you can't bring yourself to sip from it. Place is okay and the durian coffee is good. So I'm gonna give it an "okay" rating... More

It was my first time here, but i didnt try the durian coffee blend .. i chickened out. I had the "normal" latte, it was good enough. I heard that this place was popular then and was a place to see and be seen, including night life. However, the time i visited was on a Sunday afternoon, thus, it was... More

A client suggested this place for a meeting. The atmosphere was just right. Clean and spacious, and not too crowded. I found the cafe mocha rather too sweet, but it was OK.
