Good food in a comfortable setting. Had ginataang bulalo, baked tahong, kilawen isda, bagnet and crispy dinuguan. Presentation and service was good. The tahong were a bit on the small side, but everything else was great. The ginataang bulalo and kilawen are must tries.

Was looking for a place to have a family dinner for Mom's birthday and found this place. Perfect for cozy family dinners that's affordable. Has an open area and ac room. It was a cool evening so we chose the open one. It was comfortable....Each dish is good for 2 people and would range from 175 to 300. We had about 8 dishes and paid less than 2k. Attentive and friendly staff. Answered all our questions about the dishes unknown to us. Great food, didn't even get to take pictures. Haha.. Must try dinakdakan, creamy tinola, dilis rice and oysters (totally worth it!). They have free overflowing coffee.More

Worst service ever. We called in for a reservation when we planned to dine in but never imagined to wait for so long before they served our food. We took almost 2hrs waiting, and the worst part is I have to cancel my favorite meal...cause they didn't even served it after 2hrs. They didn't bother to ask and approach us if we already have the complete order or what not, they didn't even try to offer complimentary drinks or food because of what happened. Also, the cancelled meal was on our receipt still when we billed out but of course we told that to them and wait for the updated receipt. Never be coming back here. *I attached some photos of the place together with the receiptsMore

happy to have tried "cuisina" while driving along san juan looking for a good family dinner place. the place is spacious and the ambiance makes one feel relaxed. affordable food prices too. we were delighted to taste authentic ilocano pinakbet with bagnet, sinigang na salmon...with a new refreshing taste and crispy bagnet dinuguan...the baked mussels were fresh but were on the smaller side though. service was fast and the waiters attentive. we will surely come back here on our next visits to san juan la union.More

I've heard some good things about this place and just had to check it out. The staff is professional and our waiter was very knowledgeable of the menu items and was able to assist with ordering. Oh, and the food was excellent. Definitely not disappointed...and it deserves a return trip; plus there are many more menu items that I want to try. Thank you, staff, for a very enjoyable experience.More

Had dinner here with the family...prices were affordable and serving was just right. The oysters were small but fresh and so were the baked tahongs. Didnt like the salmon that much but loved the ginataang bulalo - its something unique. The refreshments were the saving...grace...it was heaven. It was not air conditioned and there was a cat roaming around...although the place is clean and had a good ambiance.More

Great, affordable food. Perfect for large group but book seats ahead and order food in advance because they can get full.

My first time to go on vacation in la union with my family. We know nothing about the place and thanks to google! We were hunting for an authentic local food kind of restaurant and yeah we found Cuisina! We ordered fresh oysters, cheesy grilled...tahong, sinigang salmon belly, pinakbet with bagnet, kinilaw na tangigue, callos, and their fruit drinks. People!!! Its sooo delicious! Tasty well cooked food! All of it is just awesome and fresh! The crew were friendly and accommodating. They ensured we are comfortably seated. Please add this restaurant in Zomato! Will recommend this restaurant and definitely will come back!!! I wish they maintain their quality so it will be more soon!More

Had late lunch here, place was nicely located along the highway, with enough parking space. Food we ordered was good - I think it was tamarind chicken (sinampalukang manok) and my kids liked it.
