This happened earlier, after watching a musical at the Newport Performing Arts Theatre, we decided to eat here. The crew assisted us on our seats, gave us complimentary bread while waiting for this order when my cousin decided to take a comfort room break and...left her jacket on her seat. The old man, who I think is the manager went to our seats, get the seat of my cousin, doesn’t have the decency to ask us if there is someone sitting there, changed the seat and put the jacket on the seat he replaced. Second scenario was, he want to our table, asked us if he can borrow the condiments, on which we responded “yes, go ahead”, in thinking someone else will be using it, but to our surprise he just puts it in the waiter’s table or on the table near their POS machine, like hello? Do you think, we will put the condiments on our bags and stole it?! Lastly, we ordered a Pepperoni Pizza but didn’t came, so we decided to take our bill, and asked the waitress to just deduct the Pizza that didn’t came on the final bill, to our surprise, after 5 minutes, the Pizza came. The old man, just handed us the Pizza without even saying sorry for it. (Kudos to the waitress for asking sorry instead). He wanted it to put in our table like nothing happened. Then we asked them that we will just take out the Pizza. He then handed as the box of the Pizza with no paper straw on it. Literally, we will just be holding the box! The waiter then came to us apologizing again that he will put a straw on the box so we can carry it! Our total bill was 3,202.50, on which we paid in CASH. The food was not that good either, Iced Tea was too sweet. We are only 3 when we ate there, and it was our first time in this resto. So never again!More
I've been to this place many times over the past 5 years, but this time wasn't a good visit. I ordered the linguini Alfredo and I got linguini with mushrooms and I'm thinking it was sausage ? I decided to eat it because my time...was limited, the flavor was OK, but I preferred the Alfredo for sure. As always they offer great wines. When I got my check, I told the waiter I did not get the food I ordered, basically he said oh it's not a big deal, what I ordered and what I got are the same price. I told him I'd rather get the food I ordered.... that being said I don't believe I will eat at this restaurant again.More
My family and I dined at Parmigiano restaurant, and the experience was superb. The service staffs are friendly, attentive, and professional; the Manager is so hands-on that you will always see him talking to the customers all the time! Aside from the service and the...staff, the food is superb! Most especially the pizza! But one didn’t stand out; the carbonara is not that good.More
First time I tried this Pizzeria and we were very happy. Good menu and wine list. Nice food with great service. A must try in Resorts World. Definitely will be making this a regular lunch venue
We had a lunch expecting good Italian food The fettuccine Alfredo were parpadelle instead of fettuccine and did not tasted like Alfredo receipt and for the polpo alla marinara we had a lot of vegetables but what about the polpo
Getting off our flight we were looking for nearby eats and accidentally ended up in the Resorts World mall. Wandering around noticed this fancy-looking pizza place. Menu looked great but the food was absolutely fantastic. Yes, we were already hungry, but ... pizza in a...brick oven - smoky pepperoni and my first exposure to burrata. It will be a while before regular pizza holds its previous appeal. Also my first time to see a flaming parmesan melt - so impressive. We split a pizza and a salad and took some pizza home. The price is very reasonable compared to food, service and atmosphere. Anytime we have a flight arriving at suppertime....More
This is a formidable restaurant, and I am so happy to have found it. Now I have a home to come back to, for my dinners in Manila. Absolutely gorgeous food. True Italian, no compromises, no adaptation to western or eastern tastes, no religion, plenty...of beef and pork, pure Italian culinary art. Whether it's pasta, appetisers, pizza, meats of seafood, your tastebuds will be delighted. Nice to meet the chef, the owner and his wife. Lovely people. May the Parmigiano live for long!More
Can to this restaurant for the first time. The restaurant was very Italian. I was immediately attracted to the spaghetti parmigiana where we saw how they carve out cheese from the big parmigiana cheese to the pasta, and it was yummy. The seafood risotto rice...was also great. The lasagna meat ball was authentic. All in all a very sumptuous Italian meal.More
Parmigiano is always close at hand everytime I crave for good, authentic Italian foods. Their dishes never fail to satisfy me. This time I tried their Burrata salad, risotto with mushrooms and truffles, and carbonara al parmigiano. Simply lovely! Service is also fast and the...staff very friendly. I also like the ambiance. Simple, yet elegant. It reminds me of my student days in Rome. Thumbs up!More
Our fist time eating here a few years back was great. But as we came back once a year to this resto the food quality has gone down significantly. The pizza for one was just too soggy. And bland. The rib eye steak which i...ordered came rare instead of medium rare. And again bland. I had to ask for salt and pepper just to add flavor. The Frutti de mare pasta was horrid. Just no flavor at all. pasta overcooked , and seafood well tasted old.More
We had our late lunch in this branch. Good food however there are quite a number of unavailable food items in the menu. We love the steaks and the burrata is tasty and generous portion. It must be due to pandemic which is why they...have lesser food choices.More
Had a eight hour layover so hit this place for a feed before our movie. Meals where a good size, looked and tasted great. Service was fantastic.
