Large restaurant overlooking the plaza. It was bright and clean. Service was very slow. Menu was large, and thankfully the restaurant wasn't busy when we were there as there was only one chef working. (It's an open kitchen.) Some of the food was a miss,...but the quinoa soup was good and it's a very large serving. The sandwiches looked ok too, but they were served with a side of chips that were clearly from a bag. (In Canada, we call that type of chip hickory sticks. I'm not sure what they're called elsewhere.)More

I really liked this place, it was very clean(even toilets). Friendly staff. Had a lovely meal here, they have lots of options for varying prices, as little as 20PEN for a 2 course and drink on the set menus.

I believe there are at least three Incabar locations, which I saw walking around the Plaza area. All with the same menu from what I could tell. Late on a Monday morning we couldn’t find any other decent looking places open, so we opted for...simple. The eggs, etc. were fine, nothing special. The service was perfectly pleasant. Overall fast and easy, but I probably won’t go back.More

We come here after seeing many good reviews. Sofa is comfy. Ordered hot chocolate and coffee that cannot be called good. Vanilla milkshake ok. Problem is the grilled mushroom dish I ordered. It’s a plate of awe full canned mushroom with cheese on top, the...worst food I have had in my entire 42 days South America trip. So long, trip advisor no 2 cafe!More

Had a delicious chicken dijon dish at this restaurant on my last night in Puno. Shame I wasn't able to go back. Would have had the same thing again!

IncAbar is located along Puno’s main walking/shopping street. It’s very casual, good menu of local and varied foods - everything from cuy to lasagna. A fine place to stop in for a good casual meal. Full bar.

I read google and trip advisor reviews; tons of positive reviews, so we tried Lets start off with the positive- you can do the set menu for 20 soles and not be able to finish it, tons of food for the money That’s it- now...the cons I don’t know what kind of food people are use to eating, but this food was bland, had no flavor and was cheap. The tomato soup tasted exactly like it came out of a can- chicken noodle soup was very bland, needle salt or spices or anything!! The cheese ravioli was very doughy and the red wine mushrooms could get you drunk on their own. Opted for the orange trout: it was a nice piece of fish, but the orange juice dumped on it completely killed it. If you’re on a budget, like us, then you get a lot of food and it is edible- but if you want some taste or flavor with your food than skip this place.More

Couldn't fault one single thing! Food was delicious, good portions and very tasty; staff attentive and efficient; restaurant nice and clean, not noisy, great atmosphere! I just love it! Both days I had sopa criolla and lomo de alpaca, the bread and olives to start...with was also yummy! That was part of the menu and it just couldn't get any better! Highly recommendedMore

Spend 2 evenings there because you Really get a lot for the price. The portions are huge and it's really tasty, too! The menu is a great deal. However the Service is so bad it's funny again. Always friendly but constantly for getting stuff. You...better dont be in a hurry.More

We were at odds as were to go for dinner, however walking along the road at which IncaBar is situated we decided to go for it. The main reasons for this were the fact it was very busy (in comparison to the other restaurants) and...the reasonably priced set menu, S20. However, we had to prompt the waiter to give us the set menu otherwise we would have just had to pick off the far more expensive à la carte. They offer you bread included, however this was on the verge of being stale and was only edible when dipped into the soup (our first course of two from the set menu). All three of us enjoyed our soup (2 tomato and 1 chicken), however that is were the enjoyment stopped. Two of us choose the grilled chicken, that was extremely dry; considering that the chips were under done. The trout was distinctly average according to my friend. Having said that, the waiting staff were very friendly... maybe we picked badly but I certainly wouldn't head back there.More

This is a laid-back restaurant with good service and tasty food. Their daily Menu is a steal! Prices a la carte were reasonable and comparable to other places. We ate dinner several times; the food was plentiful and very good. We ordered one soup to...go, and by the time we got to our room it was still steaming hot! (We took a taxi so it wouldn't get too cold). The atmosphere was casual and pleasant.More
