We went to stall 25 as recommended by our hotel. We had the ferns miden cooked with blichen. Out of this world! The prawns were cooked in butter. Crispy on the outside and succulent on the inside. We are still salivating remembering the pepper crabs and the noodles. We love this place. The price for our dinner was just a... More

Located on the rooftop of a car park, there are several seafood stalls to choose from and they will cook what you select and can suggest the best way to prepare it. Fresh vegetables and seafood - delicious food! Most of the seating is covered so we could have dinner even though it was raining.

We ate here a couple of times. The fish was out of this world. Different small eateries in one area - on top of a car park in fact! Seems an unlikely place to eat but somebody recommended it to us and we were glad otherwise we would not have come across it. Choose your fish at the counter and... More

We were told of this food court when we went on the Sarawak River Cruise and also by our taxi driver. We ate at Ling Long (No. 6):- 4 dishes, squid, bamboo clams, a fish and a local vege cost only 78 ringgit! The next evening, we had dinner there again. Bamboo clams, sweet potato leaves & a good sized... More

Excellent seafood for very little money! We went to stall #25 two nights in a row, but they all looked very similar. There is one stall selling satays with peanut sauce on the side that are delicious as well :)

It is good for you to try the atmosphere, not for the food. It is well known for tourists. There are more better restaurants with good price around the city. This place is only good for the local atmosphere with open air.

We were told to expect great things of this, particularly Ling Luong, but whilst the quality of the fish we had (sea bass in our case) was good and well cooked it was all a little bland and we struggled to find anyone who could speak english. There was, however a great variety on offer and we might have been... More

The best way to try good local food in Sarawak, right in the heart of Kuching, the capital city of the state. Be amazed by the choice of food offered.

We ordered from the Ling Loong stall. Seafood was fresh and great value for money. Loved the salted egg crab, midin and curry bamboo clam. The curry gravy was so good, we ordered rice to lap it all up. The oyster pancake was more of a novelty item. Should definitely try once...but won't be ordering again. Another plus is that... More
