The hotel is open 24/7 365 days. But during peak period like public holidays and weekends, the hotel rates will be higher. This is usually standard practice.

I was there at quarter to 6pm, and the place already had a short queue. I think 5pm best to give them a buzz

I believe so since lot of Muslim customer visit the restaurant too. For sure they do not serve pork. You could give them a call before you come for confirmation.
