Easy to find and I would say that it was the best food we had in Georgetown. It’s expensive for Penang but compared to home it’s a cheap meal with exceptional quality of food and service. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and would return...More

Had business dinner here with some colleagues, atmosphere is really nice, the attached hotel is beautiful, the food choices were plentiful, and the food in general was good, it just was not outstanding, nothing that would make me come back

the vegetarian menu was very good, but limited after eating there once. The kept putting shrimps in our veg tempura, but were very apologetic for their mistake

We arrived without reservation but were promptly seated. The menu has a lot of interesting choices and each dish we had was a winner! Definitely recommended!

We chose this restaurant based upon the TripAdvisor reviews. It looks lovely and there was a nice ambience with a pianist plinking away in the background. However, fifteen minutes after being shown to our seats we had still not been asked what we wanted to...More

This restaurant was a great find. The menu (attached) was original and delicious. There were 7 of us friends at a table and the courses were all designed to share. Each dish was delicious, everyone was claiming that each one was better than the last...More

I believe it is halal and we paid about 150 ringgit ( from memory ) each for a 4 course meal and wine. You can't go wrong but check re halal when you book. Enjoy

Description
Kebaya is the diningroom of the Seven Terraces and is open to hotel guests and the public.Open daily, 7pm till 10pm.Christopher Ong has worked with the hotel’s chefs to create a menu of classic Indo and Straits Chinese Nyonya dishes. They have refined these using French cooking techniques and innovative produce to deliver surprising new twists on this already fascinating cuisine. The effect is simple, delicious full of flavour and dazzling.A four course degustation menu of entrée, main course, vegetables and dessert is served in Chinese style to allow guests to share the dishes. The Baba Bar is open daily from 2pm onwards, with live piano music in a very intimate setting.
