Long Waits for a Black Coffee. The staff is Rude. Very Korean. The Donuts are great!
Fresh and Delicious - the sandwiches are small for $6.00 - don't even think about chicken fingers - 15 minute wait. Enjoy the trash area behind the counter. Okay, it is Dunkin and it's better than anything else in the area! Better value and better product.
The other "Morning in Paris" coffee places are shockingly expensive. Dunkin, despite all the negatives, is the best place to invest in a coffee and donut.

Something about eating Dunkin Donuts in Korean airport made me smile. I usually eat my Dunking Donuts in Florida. No different, coffee was good.

Stuff there is very rude. No smile, no friendly greetings. They pretend you’re not there. And when you ask if they have a certain thing in their menu, they just say “menu” meaning look at the menu yourself and see what they have. But to politely help you out? They don’t do it. Both shifts (day and night) workers exactly do the same.

Very dissapointing experience on this Dunkin Donut branch. I can't feel a sense of customer service. Cashier was rude and not responsive to simple questions. Plus, i ordered hot beverages and gave me cold drinks.

The reviews here weren’t exaggerating. Staffs both cashier and the one preparing the drinks are awfully rude. They were making faces and were provoking when you can’t understand their policy, when there aren’t even instructions in the store. They don’t even willingly answer simple question, they make faces and they raise their hands directly on your face and can’t even spare a minute to answer questions even if it’s YOUR drinks they’re making. First time to ever encounter this. They probably hate their job. It was a really bad experience. Staff at the starbucks on gate 28 were the complete opposite, so respectful and polite. Would recommend that instead of this one.

Visited Dunkin’ coffee house at Incheon airport. It has a terrible customer service. Also terrible coffee. Cashier at Incheon Airport was very rude. Learn from the other coffee shop services!!!!

Cashier had no smile. A girl or woman was rude when insisting plastic drink container on the table cannot be used and pour the drink into a Dunkin' donut paper cup. When I ordered the drink from them, they gave me the plastic container so what the hell? Not nice to foreigners! Won't visit again.

The store was typical Dunkin Donuts and the donuts typical as well. High calories and reasonably tasty and light. The coffee was average and expensive off-set by the low donut cost. Seating was tight and not adequate for the volume of traffic.

Stopped by while we are on a layover. Just like the Dunkin Donut locations in California, this branch was a disappointment. The donuts tasted old. Hardly any filling inside the Boston Creme donut. Only thing good was the Egg Tart.

Connected out of Incheon International Airport recently. While awaiting our much delayed onward flight, we decided to pop over to the 24-hour Dunkin Donuts branch near Gate 9 - in Terminal 2 for a quick bite to eat.
Donuts were rather picked over by the time we visited nearing 11pm. However, they still had a couple of our favourite picks. The strawberry filled donut was indulgent and the old fashioned just fine, both a good reminder of American style donuts that we don't have much of back home in HK.
