My husband and I were there in 2014 while exploring the side streets near Gwangalli Beach, Busan. It was a delightful surprise to have discovered this gem. We were still adjusting to Korean cuisine and were craving for something familiar. It did not disappoint. The...staff was friendly and it didn't take too long for the food to be served (probably because we were the only customers at that time). The place is clean, the food superb and prices reasonable. As mentioned in previous reviews, the Eggs Benedict were perfectly cooked and the Primo Grill was a generous portion. If given the opportunity, we will definitely be back!More

One of our big surprises in South Korea is there are so few places open before 10:30 am. I found this cafe on TripAdvisor and it happened to be 3 blocks from where we were staying. We ate there twice for brunch. They do a...nice job with breakfast. Well prepared, very tasty. Their green tea latte was excellent!More

This lovely café is located on the second floor of a building one (small) block from Gwangalli, but still has a partial sea view. The coffee is really as good as they say, and so is the brunch! Service is perfect too -- they are...flexible and will accommodate requests for variation (croissant instead of bagel, salad instead of fries, etc). Loved it!More

I went here every Sunday for Brunch when I lived in Busan. Everything is SO delicious - especially the eggs Benedict! They give you huge portions....and the sauce that comes with the french fries is to die for! I still dream of this place! But...yes, slooooow service so make sure you're not on a time crunch.More

The best place with wonderful food. It was the only one place where we could find breakfast we used to. Quite clean friendly cafe near the beach.

I have been living in Seoul for 3 years and have been craving an amazing brunch. I read the reviews on caffe primo during a recent weekend away to Busan. This review is based on being unable to find a satisfying brunch for the time...that I have been in Korea, not as compared to brunch in North America. I ordered the eggs benedict .. perfectly poached eggs, hollandaise sauce was light (could have been more tangy), REAL ham on a fresh croissant (they were out of their usual bread, turned out for the better!). Came with a side salad, a bit too sweet but still good. Added a side of gorgeous sliced avocado and the total came to 13 000 krw. The only issue was that there were 3 other tables in the place and it took an hour for our food to arrive. When it did arrive, all three plates for our table came out at the same time (rare in korea) and was worth the wait. Tried the BLAT sandwich as well, also very good. All in all would definitely recommend this place if you are lacking good eggs benedict in your life and have the time to wait for them.More

I'm going to keep this one short and sweet just like the Caffe Primo Banana Honey Smoothie. I really can't fault this place, the owner is very kind and the food is quite good. The atmosphere is laid back, warm & inviting, just how a...cafe should be. After the meal I felt comfortable enough to just sit there an chill out for a while as my digestive system did work on the wonderful BLAT (Bacon, Lettuce, Avocado, Tomato) Bagel sandwich I had just devoured. Give this place a shot on a lazy Saturday or Sunday morning. You won't be disappointed!More

The only thing that could make this place any better is if they actually opened early enough to serve the foods available on their menu for breakfast! It's an 11am open - 7 days a week. This cafe offers, by far, the best savoury brunch...menu that I have ever tried in Busan to date. Their Benedict consisted of eggs perfectly poached laying on top of genuine leg of ham. The only downfall is that it is not on the main strip of Gwangalli beach. Being one street back from the action (as well as being situated on the 2nd floor) makes for a rather ordinary view. But the food is absolutely so good here that the fact that it isn't pleasing on the eye looking out from the inside is completely forgivable. If you love Eggs Benedict, you must give Caffe Primo's Benedict a go. Their ham and cheese toastie is also loaded with the same real ham that the Benedict is made of. Definitely a favourite!More
