One of the best fried chicken I have ever tried. It's more crispy and less oily than expected. Shouldn't miss it whenever visiting Korea.

It was my first time eating at Kyochon chicken and I was having high expectations about the fried chicken that everyone has been raving about. The food was definitely good, but the service here was the most horrible one I have encountered so far in...Korea. The employee in the restaurant just threw the menu on the table and walked away. My friends and I were very shocked by the kind of attitude displayed by this employee. We thought that it was only this employee who has bad service attitude, but turned out that the rest of the employees are equally bad-mannered. Also, when the chicken came, as the employee was about to put the chicken down on our table, due to her carelessness, she dropped a piece of chicken onto the ground. Not only did she not say sorry, but she did not compensate us for the dropped chicken. When my friend went to pay the bill, she was very rude as well. Basically, the service was bad from the start to the end. Unfortunately, this has definitely left a bad impression on Kyochon chicken.More

We ordered their original crispy and the spicy wings and drumlets. It was really tasty and crispy. The spicy wings were good too. However, they don't serve water, only a packet of radish. After trying a few fried chickens, this is really one of the...better ones. Highly recommended if you want to have fried chicken. They have many branches in Korea.More

Got it delivered to my hotel. Even though it took an 1hr 15mins to come it was so hot and crispy. I had to get someone that spoke Korean to order it for me. Next time I will go to the place and see the...whole selection.More

Kyochon chicken saved us from starving, especially after walking through the touristy and non-touristy city areas. Of course, that was also partly due to our own doing, since we were simply craving for chicken, and the area was lacking in the usual corner-by-corner chicken joints...(at least compared to Seoul). We finally found one and ordered a whole box of combined ordinary and honey sunsal chicken (we were lazy to deal with bones that time) and potato wedges. They’re not used to getting orders in the store itself, it seems, and more accustomed to deliveries, which seemed to follow-through faster compared to our order that we waited for (so definitely a no-no if you’re in a hurry). If you’re not used to the Pusan folk you might find the staff a little rude (but it’s all in the gruffy accent and tone, aside from the usual Korean-in-a-hurry attitude). We didn’t get to finish the whole box that night, but it was ok as we finished the other half of the box the next day for brunch. We were simply surprised that it turned out to still be pretty good after reheating (even if chicken being eaten during the day seemed to puzzle a lot of the other foreigners and locals who saw us, haha).
