This buffet restaurant is conveniently located on the same property as the massive seafood market. The buffet offers many options, some prepared specially for each guest. Be sure and walk around the entire buffet before you start fixing your plate. I suggest you consider bottled...beer or sodas to accompany your meal. Don't skip the desert area. Lots of good options there as well.More

We came here through recommendation froma Korean friend. This is the worst meal I had in Busan. Sashimi is not fresh, tempura is so small. The salmon tastes too cold and I believe it is place in very cold ice to stay fresh. The Alaska...crab served seems to had been frozen for at least few weeks as the fresh is very watery. They even limit us one each and even for fresh prawns also one each. I thought buffet should allow guest to eat as much as we want. But not in this case. We are very dispppointed for the money we paid. I believe this restaurant cater for group tours too. And that is why their food is mass produced.More

July 13, 2016. Last time 3 years ago, we came to OASE and took a look. Everything looked perfect with high quality sea food and professional filleting tuna sashimi. Coming back to Korea, when we came to eat, the overall sea food quality were mediocre....Looked like owner changed. The sea food was not fresh like we saw last time. When trying the fish it was fishy and unusally salty. But also I figure from the texture the sushi was even frozen. We are not going back until they change the quality.More

I'm a big fan of buffet meals, but for 35,500KRW, you get much better food elsewhere. The sushi and sashimi is bad, the crab legs was not fresh and does not taste good, the western bbq steak is served cold( you won't feel like eating...it when you see it served on a plate.), they kept away the tuna sashimi at 1 hour early from the closing time, the floor is not clean and oily. I wouldn't say the environment is nice. I went around trying most of the food range in the buffet, it just a big big disappointment. *I thought since they are just located beside the fish market, their supply of seafood would be fresh and cheaper for them. Hence able to serve us a better quality of seafood range of buffet, but nope, it was a disappointing experience for me. Felt my money wasted, should have gone to the opposite seafood stalls. If you still insist of trying it out, I would suggest you to go in to have a survey on the food before letting them know you want a table. Just in case.More

The lunch buffet cost 38,500 Won and although there's a good selection, the quality was average. The sushi for example was mostly imitation crab types and the sashimi was hacked up chunks of local fish - no tuna or salmon. The snow crab legs were...the thinnest crab legs I've ever seen - I love crab and didn't even waste the effort. I wouldn't go again.More

We returned to Busan in April 2015. The buffet was disappointing. The pork belly, chicken skewers and beef was our favorites. This time, I wouldn't say that all three were even average. The desserts, except for the mochi, has also gone downhill. The fruit juices...are still excellent. The sushi selection now has more rolls which were okay. The selections are still large, but we were sad that certain sections seems to have changed chefs.More

I was here to have the seafood dinner buffet in October 2014. However i found out the price does not worth to pay for which is around USD40 plus minus. The selection of food choice are limited. Environment should be improved, the dining area looks...old. Renovation should be done in near future. Food taste is very normal, nothing special to shout about.More

Really less seafood for a seafood restaurant located at Jagalchi; no salmon, no tuna; only the same rubber-like sashimi which you find at many other places in Korea; There was a signboard saying "tuna from 1pm to 1:50pm". I asked the staff at 1:15 and...they answered, no tuna today during lunch because of the big wedding party. Will be available again at dinner time. I can't follow this logic and I definitely will not spend again 77k for two person to come again for dinner. There are much better and cheaper seafood buffet restaurants in Seoul.More

The location is great - at the 5/F of a huge seafood market. The dinning hall is comfortable with amazing harbour front view. The raw seafood are fresh but the cooking is only average. The signature king crab legs is disappointed. They serve nice beverages.

I just can't think that the food here would be rated good by anyone. I've had better at the free breakfast at my hotel. The sushi and sashimi was OK, the sliced tuna very good. Most of the fried food "Chinese style" was just Ok....Chicken skewers, chicken was too soft, never a good sign. The cooked mussels needed an extra set of teeth, as well as the stewed short ribs. The steak was funky tasting. There was no grilled fish. The snow crab legs were just tiny skinny ones that had nothing inside. Lined up for the grilled abalone, which I'm pretty sure were frozen, small ones, kind of tasteless. Salads and noodles were nice but you don't pay $35 each for noodles. Fruit was nice, soft serve yogurt was not good. In short, for 2 people and 2 beers the bill came to $80 and we could have gone to any one of the restaurants on the street and been much happier for half that much money.More

Located on the 5th floor of the Jagalchi Seafood Market, the spread is huge but we were there for the king crab legs, BBQ prawns, fresh oysters and BBQ abalone. Couldn't possibly sample all other dishes but we did justice to the sashimi, sushi, tempura...and not forgetting the fermented plum juice and the Expresso Machine.More

With hundreds of fresh seafood waiting to be bought and cooked at Jalgachi Market, we decided to head up to the 5th floor of the Jalgachi Market building to check out the seafood buffet. Since it was a Sunday, the price for the buffet was...$38.50 instead of $35. I wanted to try new things so I had red mullet, sea squirt, and flat fish sashimi. I also had jelly fish and flat fish sushi. The raw fish were fresh though I am no fan of the sea squirt. They had a crab salad that 90% fresh crab. It was wonderful. Most crab salads have so many fillers that you don't truly taste the crab. I skipped the fresh oysters, prawns and snow crab but what impressed me were the short ribs, boiled pork belly and chicken skewers. Their tempura was good. Unlike many other buffets Oase does not try to over season their dishes. They just make each one perfectly. There are over 200 items on the buffet. I did not try so many things and yet I felt that we got a great deal for our $38.50. Fresh kiwi, strawberry and two other fruit juices were available. Soft drinks and coffee are included with the meal.More
