It took me sooo long to find this place, but that's cause I am just not very observant, I had been standing right in front of it for 15 whole minutes! :( It is up a flight of stairs, though, my advice is to take...screenshots of pictures of it so you can recognize it (which I did, but still failed to notice). Anyways, inside is sooo cozy and emotionally warm. The food is so tasty and seems nourishing. The staff are kind and didn't even flinch at how much I ordered for someone who was at the restaurant alone. I went at a non-busy time and only one other patron was there. Later, what seemed to be a group of work colleagues showed up, and they made the atmosphere cheerful and lively. I hope to go back during my next trip to Busan!More

We went to this place 3 times during our visit. It was a bit cold and rainy so we had the ramen and dumpling. It was so delicious and warmed us up. The owners of this restaurant are so smiley and kind. The service is fast...and the place is very welcoming to sit in. We loved this place and I would highly recommend it.More

You won’t feel that you are eating vegan. We ordered the bibimbap, flour chicken and soy bean fried chicken. Needlessly to say all the plates were wiped clean by us. I would come again. You will need to wait a bit for your food since...the kitchen has only 2 people: 1 taking order and cook then another one is cleaning This restaurant is near somyeon station, behind the Lotte Department Store. It is near the 7-11 at the corner (not the one near olive young) then across it, the forth floor. The sign board is green and has dajoen writing 다전More

Nice decoration, cozy atmosphere, lovely lady owner, relaxing music, delicious vegan food and food price was reasonable (free tea provided). It was perfect. It enlightened this rainy depressing day. If there is one single thing I could suggest to make the place even better is...to replace plastic straws by reusable bamboo ones. ♥More

One of our favorite restaurants in South Korea. Awesome Vegetarian/Vegan food and so cheap. We had the main meal which is portion size for two people and it consisted of rice, kimchi, seaweed soup, banchans, Korean spicy pancake, salad and so many varieties. Enjoy the...food Korean tea and Korean rice crackers. You have to go before 7 pm or earlier part of the evening, if you want try their main dish. It gets sold out fast. Luckily for us, it was a 5 minute walk from our hotel in Seomyeon and we were able to visit it twice. There are no English signs for the restaurant and look at how it is written in Korean to find it. It is on the 3rd floor and easy to miss the sign while walking on the road. Do take the time to find it for some real tasty authentic Korean food experience. If you are a a vegetarian or not, you will really enjoy their food. ps. Their dumplings are super good too.More

The food is is hearty and delicious, and definitely gives you a feel-good, homely feeling. My recommendation would be the pumpkin latte! It's a little bit different and has actual bite-sized chunks of pumpkin inside the drink but it is a total treat for the...taste buds, especially if you feel like "dessert" but don't want something overly sweet. The decor is really quaint, earthy, a little bit rustic but really cosy (there are plenty of cushions and blankets too). Oh, and the family of five cats roaming around in the courtyard is pretty much the icing on the cake - I would adopt them in a heartbeat! :)More

I couldn’t believe this place exists! And I was so happy with the food and the whole experience! Great quiet place up on the roof top! The food is delicious and the people are kind! The photo of the sign for the restaurant makes it...pretty easy to find the place & they have a break from 3pm until 5pm, although I came and I didn’t know they were on a break yet they still served me food! Love love love this place.More

You need to have the picture of the restaurant sign to look for. We had it and had no trouble finding Dajeon, which is on the 4th floor. They close at 9pm. Not open Sundays. The sign says last order is at 8pm but we...arrived at 830pm and had no problem being served. There are a number of teas and smoothies. Only 8 menu items for meals. Complimentary green tea when you sit down. Food was terrific and came with soup, kimchi and marinated veggies. (No tofu.). Prices were 6000-8000 for the meals. I had the wheat bulgogi, which is the meal shown in the picture. Loved it. Mrs. had the dolsot bimimbap. While the staff’s English is limited, they offer a menu, with pictures, in English. Credit cards accepted.More

Dajeon is on the top floor and easy to miss, unfortunately. But it is worth the effort to find in Seomyeon. The food is all vegetarian (not always easy to get around here) and is fantastic. I love the dumplings and might be the best...bibimbap I've had while living in Korea. The place is quiet and relaxing, you forget you are in a big, crazy city. Everything is very reasonably priced as well.More

Relatively cheap (~5000-8000) and delicious. The dumplings are amazing!! Highly recommend, whether or not you’re vegan. The shop is kind of hard to find—- it’s upstairs next to the sports center, diagonal from the 7/11.

Food was great and it came with soup, tofu and kimchi on the side. Good prices and lovely place. Tricky to find the place because the name is written in Korean only, but just look for the green sign that says 4F (4th floor) -...I found the place thanks to the pic of the green sign of the restaurant that someone added here. Note: they barely speak English, but the menu is written in English with pics. Highly recommended!More

Ate here yesterday and loved it; lovely relaxed and comfy atmosphere, all the food is veggie/vegan- its cheap, big portions, healthy and delicious. The staff are friendly and the service was fast. We both got the stone bibimbap which were 7000 won each and they...came with pickles, tofu, seaweed soup and a free kettle of herbal tea. I would recommend to anyone visiting Busan. My wife and I are both vegetarians and have been eating a lot of very good vegetable Bimbibap dishes at various restaurants in Busan. Tonight we decided to try Dajeon based on the recommendation in Happy Cow. (I had not yet seen the reviews here...in Trip Advisor). We were very pleased! We each ordered a different entre plus a plate full of dumplings, and a small bottle of sparkling wine. The restaurant is an upstairs location and a bit hard to find-but an easy walk from Sameyeon Metro Station. It is small with about eight tables some of which can accommodate up to four people. Our meal was wonderful and filled with interesting flavors and tastes; the wine was very pleasant as well; the waitress appeared to also be the owner as well as the cook. The price for our meal was 26, 000 Won, - a price we thought was very reasonable and we both thought that this was one of the best meals we have eaten in Korea!!More
