Always come back to Angkasa. Very tasteful Japanese food (and low prices). Do try the crispy dumplings ;)

Fresh and delicious Japanese food. Even in Japan it is hard to find better places compared to this one. We missed some meals on the menu but everything eaten was fantastic. The place receives my recommendation. Good price and quality ratio.

I come here at least once a month just for the divine Maguero Yukue Don - its tuna shashimi marinated in sambal on a bowl of steamed rice with a poached egg on the top! Absolutely delicious! The rest of the menu are so-so with not much vegetable options...the drinks are pretty average as well.

This restaurant is not easy to find (Jalan Wenara Wana is more of an alley than a full street), the peach paint is peeling off the wall, and the night we went for dinner we were the only non-Japanese guests in a completely full restaurant with We sat zashiki style on bamboo mat flooring while one table in particular kept... We read about the restaurant from a Japanese guidebook and visited for dinner. The setting is unpretentious, tucked away in a small lane at the side of Jalan Monkey Forest. As there were few guests when we arrived for dinner, we were initially doubtful but went ahead to order anyway. The menu is in Japanese and English. Once the food... More

excellent food and coffee with one of a kind rustic ambience. Not much sight to offer which might made this place not so popular among tourist and the place is very much hidden in an alley just after monkey forest, which makes it even better for me personally.. I pretty much have tried everything on their menu, and nothing that... More

Arigatou gozimasu! It is not a restaurant, we aim to feel free to eat "warung", but the menu has defended the quality of Japan. More

My partner and I only recently discovered this place though we've lived in ubud for the past year, wouldn't of found it if a friend didn't tell us about it. By FAR the best Japanese food we've had. We always order the daikon salad and the mugoru (not sure how to spell it). So satisfying. Service is great, friendly and... More

The place might looks like that it needs some paint job but the reason why a lot of people are regulars here is because of the delicious food, just like I am. I've been visiting this warung for few months now and I've tried almost every items on the menu. My fave would be the maguro yukhoe don - a... More
