Been going to Warung Pak Dobiel for many years. Has a huge following and during holidays a lot of local people from Jakarta and other main cities in Indonesia will pay a visit hence longer waiting times and no table availability - order Babi Guling suckling pig and aka for the soup and order extra skin and crackers. A Traditional Bali local dish as Bali is Hindu and can eat pork. Traffic is bad around the area, don’t bring car. Environment is simple and plastic chairs - also very popular for take away (Bungus). Extra skin is easily sold out daily so if you wish to include be on time for lunch - located near Nusa Dua majority of hotels in a local street

I went to Babi Goulin Dobil with our driver and I truly enjoyed the food. The soup was amazing and the rice, vegetables and the roasted pork was delicious. They also have fresh coconut water and the price is very reasonable. A must visit place in Nusa Dua.

Spicy but tasty. Not something I'd suggest on a hot day for those who aren't used to heat. However, my understanding is that the warung closes when they sell out, which is around 2PM, so you need to go early. We got to the restaurant around noon. Grab a table, note the table number and order.
There's only one item on the menu (babi guling nasi campur) so just order the number of plates you want, drinks and let them know where you're sitting. Pork meat and crackling was great, but as mentioned above it can be quite spicy. Reason for 4 stars is because we found a better babi gulling and no it's not babi guling Ibu Oka in Ubud. I'll be posting another review with a picture soon.
Locals pay 15K for takeaway without soup, 25K to eat in and tourists pay 45K for the set which includes soup. I don't mind paying a bit more to for a local restaurant experience, so happy to let this slide.

"Babi Guling" rice with pork meat soup is the standard dish here. Price is around USD 50 per person, which is very reasonable. The pork meat tastes good and freshly prepared. But, if you don't enjoy spicy (and a little bit salty) food, this is not for you.

We took some people Maske in hand to this Warung today. Quality Babi Guling (Suckling Pig) in a local warung which has no special features or view just Quality food, Great price and Great People.
Do yourself a favour. Give it a try. Of course distance in mind and use of masks.
Say hi to the owners daughter and Pak Kapit who we know.

I think Bigul Dobil is one of the best Bigul in Bali. For me, its number one on my list. The flavours is rich, pork meat is tender and no smells.
Cons - the place is dirty, dark, and old. The price is also too high, i think its the most expensive in Bali. Add pork meat 50k, add fried 50k. Way too expensive.

True to its rating, best Balbi Guling in town, easy to order either walk in, just come earlier, and not in a heavy lunch time, parking would be a challenge. Food is great overall. Available also via delivery app.

The taste of the “babi guling” is delicious. Not too sweet nor too salty.
For indonesian yes, you will love this. The sate is good and the special one is crispy menu, i forgot the name. But i like that one.
For caucasian, better ask not for spicy one because you may get the stomachache.
Ah yeah, always careful during the lunch time. Because the place may be full.

If you stay @Nusa dua and want to lunch Balinese food,so you must try Babi Guling Pa Dobiel. It is very near from Nusa Dua Bali.
I went there at 13.30 and we must queue quite long ,and took time.I think it's better to buy via Gofood.

It was a cozy place to eat here. The pork roast's delicious, but sometime s its too loud here, if full of customers. Depends on you, if you're a food lover maybe that won't be a problem. But if you looking for romantics place, you're go to the wrong place

I heard so much about it. A bit disappointed with the portion. We ordered the special and it was such a small portion compared to other warung (special item). We paid more too. There are much better warung around. Just because it is located in Nusa Dua doesn’t warrant the high price, small
portion.

We ordered the babi guling via Grab and portions were decent! Hit the spot for spice levels (the most authentic eaten so far!), and I love how the satays are spicy, the meat is incredibly tender and soup is so rich!
Highly recommended!

When we went to this restaurant in December 2018, it was in a different location.
Although the exterior of a warung may deter overseas visitors, the flavours are authentic and the price doesn’t dent the wallet. When there is a long queue for takeaway, you know it’s going to be good. The menu is simple, there’s only one choice. You need to decide if you want spicy or not spicy.
Not located in a 5 star environment, it is within walking distance of our hotel - approximately 1.7km (20 minutes).
