We went on the recommendation of a flight acquaintance on the trip over. One of those gotta do kind of things. As fate would have it, we went on a day when the clouds blocked the sunset. The atmosphere was festive, but more for the younger set. The food was just OK but over the top $ for what we... More

Went to this restaurant on recommendation from our driver. We ordered a Seafood platter and ordered a few cans of soft drink. With taxes total price came to $155AUD. Food was bland, lacked flavor and poorly presented. Overpriced and the kitchen and bathroom was gross. Only nice thing about the restaurant was the view, definitely would avoid.

Our driver chose this restaurant, claiming that it was one of the best ! The quality of the food was OK, but overpriced, more than likely due to its prime beachfront location. Avoid falling into the trap.

Very expensive dinner of cold seafood that should have been warm, not worth the effort to go , tourist trap of the worst kind, Bali can offer much much better food.

We hail a cab at the hotel and was heading to another seafood restaurant but Our taxi driver recommended Jukung as one of the best seafood restaurant and we took his word for it which was a mistake!! As soon as we step out of the cab, we were pretty much pushed into the restaurant, as I turn I saw... More

I don't believe there is much difference among those seafood restaurants: grilled seafood, beach settings, Bali dances (surely can't compete with the real good ones), overpriced. So if the price is affordable to you and you want the experience of enjoying seafood on beach, just pick up one or ask your driver to pick one (my did this for my... More

Jimbaran Bay at sunset is the standout highlight but that is available to everyone ... pick your restaurant carefully here and try to get a local to recommend. Unfortunately we didn't do either and as a result had to endure bland food and grumpy service with Jukung Bali Seafood...

This is a great place to watch the sun set. The restaurant is one of a string of many along the beach and together they create a really festive atmosphere. We opted for the "Ketut" lobster menu that came with prawns, clams, a split lobster, crab, and a whole fish. I agree with the other post that they use little... More

Now called jukung seafood The food is very pricey and bland. If you into spicy food don't bother wasting time. The live sea food is really pricey. Just another tourist trap. They say halaal but serve alcohol in premises as well
