We visited the place for lunch, we arrived at 12 when they are opened. We tried their nasi balinese and chicken soup. I dont know whether we came so early or something, it took them sometime to prepare our foods. Their nasi balo taste average...their chicken soup is ok.

Our taxi driver advised us to have dinner here, and he was not wrong!
We were picked up at our hotel by a driver from the restaurant and received a very friendly and warm welcome. Given the harsh times in Bali (for a couple of years now), the staff was genuinely happy to see us. The restaurant has an open air upstairs seating area as well but that was closed (few guests and rainy season).
The menu came with an indication of recommended dishes; we followed those suggestions and were not disappointed. The very best food, good size dishes, excellent and personal service, and prices truly reasonable.
A very "sneaky" waitress had heard from our hotel that it was my birthday: I received a special birthday desert with the full staff singing for me - very moving!
We wanted to walk back to our hotel (was not far at all) but the staff insisted that we use their free taxi service because they found that it was not safe to cross the busy road in the dark.
We had a great diner and an excellent time - go eat there and enjoy!

We ate here last time before the lockdown, and it was fantastic!
This time we came here again.
Driving 30 minutes was worth it!
The food and the service are beyond 5 stars🥰
Love the shredded chicken with sambal matah, pork ribs with homemade sauce,ikan pepes, and pork satay.
Keep the good work! Stay safe and healthy!
Note: I only managed to take a picture of the shredded chicken with sambal matah.

My husband and I have been in Bali for a week now and we had our best meal so far at Warung Legong. The experience was incredible from start to finish with Kadek, the restaurant owner and loveliest person, picking us up and dropping us back at our hotel for free (7 min drive each way). The restaurant has a wonderful vibe - it’s a real family affair with Kadek’s wife as the head chef and even his extremely sweet 9 year old son insisting on helping wait tables. It’s also much visited by locals which is always a good sign! We ate the most delicious food for a very reasonable price (with some watermelon thrown in for free!). We can highly recommend the spring rolls (best I’ve ever had), corn fritters, fish of the day, grilled tiger prawns and coconut crepe. We loved our waitress Weda who was very forthcoming with excellent recommendations. Only thing to note: only sit directly next to the paddy field if you don’t mind bugs! Otherwise this place is perfect and we long to go back there.

Everything is great here. The food is outstanding, the staff is lovely and genuinely friendly, pleasant atmosphere and the owner is a great guy too. Fresh and very tasty authentic Balinese dishes. Every dish is a feast for your pallet. Very decent prices for the food, high value for money.
They offer free pick-up & drop-off from your residence and even free delivery, if you want to stay home. Great service!
My girlfriend and I normally don't visit the same restaurant twice when on holiday, because we like to explore, but during our 4 day stay in Gianyar, Bali. We went here every day, just to try other things on the menu and the convenience of free transport was a very welcome plus!
Most definitely one of our favorite restaurants on Bali. Highly recommended!

We went on a family holiday to Keramas. We found a lovely restaurant in Keramas on the main road just near our villa.
The owner Kadek is amazing,so friendly and his service is second to none.
His staff are friendly and very polite and will play putt putt with the children while you relax and have a Bintang.
They do a local shuttle for you to and from the restaurant which makes life so much easier.
The food is amazing. The flavours, sizing of dish and the price of the food is definitely affordable. My favourite on the menu was the Gado Gado.
When we go back to Bali next year we will definitely be back to visit again.

We had the most amazing lunch here at Warong Legong. The decor of the place was really beautiful and the sight of the paddy fields with the relaxing music will always remain with me. The food was too good and the lady who took our orders was very sweet and gave us the correct recommendations. Really fell in love with indonesian food there. We tried Nasi campur, ayam betutu and many other dishes. The owner of the cafe was so jovial and made us truly feel welcome. He invited us to play the small games there and all had a lovely laugh after the hearty lunch.

Very humble Bli Kadek (owner) to call this a Warong. The betutu duck and grilled mahi2 fish were top notch and cooked to perfection and details with five star standard. Bli Kadek even explained 16 different spices used and hours of cooking involved. Service was excellent. Everyone was responsive and helpful. Bli Kadek was very friendly also. My wife and me will definitely come back again!!

We were staying locally and this place was recommended by our friends. It is just across the road from the Komune hotel. We are so glad they told us about this place . We ate there several times and every time the food and hospitality was amazing.
There was lots of variety and cater for Indonesian and western palates. We can highly recommend eating here and ask for the steamed fish!

Visited twice during our 10 day stay at the Komune with our large family group. Picked up and driven home by restaurants own vehicle. (Organise when booking)
Owner and his wife greeted us remembering that our son had visited two years ago, then on our second visit remembered our drinks and the young children’s names who had designated staff to play with them whilst us adults ate.
Beautiful Indonesian food and very cheap compared to resort prices. Cocktails, alcoholic drinks and desserts all very reasonably priced and worthwhile sampling most of them. Atmosphere is warm and welcoming and would highly recommend for all ages wishing to experience Balinese hospitality.

The food, the staff and the quaint location backing onto the families own rice paddy made it a great experience.
The pickup and drop-off service to our villa was much appreciated.
This restaurant is a must for anybody going to Keramas area.
They are only open for lunch and dinner but the selfish side of me says they would probably nail breakfast too.
Great food and great service as good as anywhere in Bali. Its also well patronised by visiting Pro surfers when in town.

We had a number of meals here. We ate a large variety of options from their menu. Every choice was delicious, well flavoured and seasoned perfectly and enjoyed by all, even the fussy eater in the family. The restaurant staff from owner down through wait staff, driver and young boy who sold items in their store went out of their way to make us feel welcome and accomodate us. We wish we had found their Warong ealier in our stay so we could have enjoyed more meals there.

Wow, what a beautiful place. Entering from the road through a small door, you are instantly greeted by some wonderful people. If you are lucky enough to sit at the rice field window, you will be amazed by the view. There is a table for two and two tables of six out the back and in my opinion, this is the place you need to sit. There are some tables upstairs but they are lounge style. You still get a fantastic view, but it is in a lounge seat.
The beauty of this place is that you also can be picked up and dropped off to your hotel. They also provide takeaway.
Where do I start with the food? Please look at the photos and hopefully you can let your mind run wild with a taste sensation.
We were hooked from the first day and stayed for dinner for seven nights in a row as we had to go through the Indonesian menu. We also tried a couple of pizzas which are made fresh when ordered. The pizza base is made to order, and comes out like a flatbread. Absolutely delicious.
They flame grill most of their food, and honestly, I couldn’t pick a favourite, though the barbecue chicken is up there.
Also, it seems that there is no plus plus and the drinks menu is unbelievable, especially their mock tales. Ranging from $2.50 to $9.50 for main-course, exceptional value, exceptional service and just the most friendliest place that we have been to for a long time.
We stayed at the Desa Swan villas in Keramas beach and was picked up by a couple of fantastic drivers. This is a family business with a wonderful philosophy. Humble beginnings and definitely on track please visit. It’s definitely worth a look. Scott and Kylie

Offer a dropoff and pick up service if your accommodation is close as taxis are sometimes few , Ate here a few times , I love it, nice view, Food and service is great ambiance is just Bali ,has a little give shop on site at reasonable prices. No need to haggle . just take care to confirm vegetarian or vegan items when ordered , the menu is basically sound the same and just veg instead of meat or fish ect , the waitress taking the order may have got lost in translation was given chicken as the vegetarian one for the wife. Not an issue as we got it changed but show the top or the menu vegan or veg and confirm with the server to prevent food waste.

Spending my winters in Bali I always come to Warong Legong when on the East side! The service is amazing with staff remembering my name after each visit. VEGAN and Vegetarian friendly without losing authentic balinese taste. I recommend the Vegan Curry to everyone! The owner Kadek makes me feel like family and is always present to help with any and every question and will make you feel beyond welcome in Bali. Will continue to come every year, keeps getting better!
