Great food with worthless staff. 20min to take order and 3 reminder to get the bill with 60% resturant occupancy. I don't know how this hs created a brand with such worthless service. Staff don't behave properly also.

Good food, bad staff

The food was great & tasted amazing, the only thing the staff were kinda careless like don't wanna serve & also i'hv noticed that they do serve housewater there but when we asked for they denied & charged for water bottle ( know cause I'm...from mussoorie only ).More

Great Tibetan food

The food is a breath of fresh air. Try out their thukpas and Tibetan bread. They are so fresh and yummy. We ended up going there thrice during our stay at Mussoorie. The ambiance is also good. Though the wait is long, it is worth...it. the behavior of the people is really appreciable. They always carry a smile. I would definitely recommend going there once for a meal.More

Over priced & hipped!!

Kalsang restaurant is situated in the mid of Mall road on first floor. You need to wait for a while during rush hours in evening. Interiors is bright red with Chinese lanterns. Sitting is not comfortable and place is not hygienic. Service is slow and...prices are very high. Quality is nothing great. Place is not at all cleaned and very cramped area for cooking. We had Momos and Garlic noodles, full of spices and oil.More

Superb food . Tibetan different variety off food. Service are good. Serve hot. Veg option are there. Worth off money .

It was again great experience having food in kalsang restaurant in masoouri. Quantity is quit enough & test is best. I love to visit again.

Pathetic and unprofessional

Went to this restaurant and ordered veg spicy ramen and surprisingly there was meat in it. When we informed them, the staff had nothing to say and said we’ll replace it. Zero empathy and ignored the situation like nothing happened. The manager was like why...should i care and one of the staff even said “it’s morning time toh ho jaata hai”. Zero hospitality and the staff need some serious training on how to deal with these kind of situations rather than just ignore it like nothing happened.More

Very bad service

Very bad experience went to have chicken devil momo as we love this but staff are very arogant dont care about customer we placed the order but order dint turned after 40min when asked it was still preparing no body turned up to ask assistance...then unfortunately we cancelled order even though they dint asked concern nor apologized. Restaurant was empty even it took so much time. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.More

Amazing Asian Food

Absolutely loved the food - quality, quantity, portion size, variety; everything. Your stay in Mussorie is incomplete if you don't dine at Kalsang at least once.

Waqt ke Sath Badal gai Hallat

When I visited in 2015,16 it used to be my favourite place to eat Chinese food. As time flies now there are lots of flies around. Unhygienic food, the restaurant smells bad. Earlier the staff were courteous but not arrogant. Please improve your service and...keep your place cleanMore

Most harrowing experience

A most disgusting experience ever had . The place is over hyped with ,dirty with shabby interiors.The staff is very rude and they do not have items available in their menu ...had to leave the restaurant without eating anything and nobody cares...never visit this place

Average Food but Cleanliness needs upgrade

Went for lunch with my daughter. The tables were sticky so was the menu card. The sauce bottles had left over sauce stuck which was not wiped the bottles were sticky. There were quite some flies around on the table. Their cleanliness, ambience and hygine...needs serious upgrade. Did not enjoy our lunch. Will not visit again.More

Worst service ever in any restaurant
