Beautiful Property

We stayed for 4 nights. Pros: Location is super. Historic. Property is well maintained and beautiful. Very well behaved staff. Special mention: Pankaj, Prince and Vikram from Grand Dining. Anshuman, Adrija and Mabel from front desk for being very courteous and helpful. We stayed in...Premium Valley View room which was gorgeous and spacious. The guard at the entrance who keeps greeting you. The welcome drink made from a local flower. Cons: The safety deposit box in the room kept malfunctioning. The door lock became defunct and we were locked out for quite some time till they sent the engineer. The food is not well prepared and non veg items are few. We expected better cooking from ITC. Except on the last day the staff in the Dining hall ignored us. House keeping kept cancelling calls except on the last day when they visited us to know if we required anything. I would recommend one to stay here for the experience and to witness the beautiful property first hand.More

A delight

This is a must visit restaurant in Mussorrie. Their signature dal makhani is best. The service staff is professional and kind , bhawana,lata, pankaj , chetan. Food was well prepared., fresh, and memorable. The property was soo beautiful, calm,relaxing atmosphere. Loved this restaurant.More

Superb food

Stayed at the historical Welcome Savoy for 4 nights. Tried food at this outlet .The food was outstanding. Excecutive Chef Rajeev and Chef Prakash were always around and taking personal interest with meeting with us and other guests and taking our preferences . The tandoori...platter was excellent. Even the breakfast spread was great. The masala chai and dosa are a must try Overall a great place to dine and excellent service.More

ITC Savoy is a heritage building in Mussorie. Stayed there for three days and thoroughly enjoyed the splendour and the excellent hospitality offered by the hotel. Wedding function

We had a great stay and an amazing function at savoy. Came here for wedding function and enjoyed a lot . From stay to staff ad their hospitality everything was superb. Some staffs like Aditya, Faisal, abha and prem helped us throughout our stay ....Some chef like Deepak and Prakash was too good at their taste . Thank you team savoy for such a great experienceMore
