This mud house cafe architecture concept is something unique . It's beautifully designed single story house made up of mud. I guess this concept is inspired by village home in Uttarakhand .The doors , walls & furniture is painted in blue. It's a cute cafe...but I hope they improvise on food . So finally took out time to write about this place(that I visited on Jan 1st). Well the cob house is a cafe which is located in karanpur. It is a unique cafe because it is entirely made up of clay(a pioneer concept in dehradun). So...for the decore, interiors and concept I give it full stars. Now coming to the food part we ordered cheese margarita pizza and French fries. The quality and quantity of pizza didn't even match its cost and Fries were fine. Overall it is a place worth visiting but they highly need to work on the food part. So whatever rating I am giving it's all based on the concept of the cafe and not the food.More
Delicious cuisine, lovely ambience and on top of that lovely hosts. We were in Dehradun for a week's trip and visited this place almost daily for our evening hangouts.
