House made bread with flax, peanut butter, world famous veggie omelettes. Fast and friendly service, too. Just a few steps above Assi ghat. They really take good care of you, remember what you like, and get it right out to you. Great prices, too! Oh!...And the chocolate balls served warm! ☺️More
This guesthouse and restaurant feels like home, they take such good care for all the little details with a warm and loving attitude and you feel that immediately by stepping inside...there food is delicious!! ❤
Food was good, service ok, but the time we waited for our food was ridiculous I understand is made from scratch but waited 40 minutes for a soda (coke) and never got it and one hour and a half for a dessert that never came...as well, when paying the man asked if I still wanted it, didn't want to wait another two hours for them to make it. Excellent thali - nice time see so much variation and colour in 1 plate and it tastes really good for 150rps. Quite an unassuming place so I was pleasantly surprised. 👍👍👍

We travelled around India for 5 weeks and never tasted a Thali as good as the special Thali at Ashish cafe. The flavours and portion sizes were absolutley fantastic - you cannot get better value for money anywhere. Pawan and his team were also super...friendly, making it such a delight to visit. The cafe is a great place, it has little cosy areas to sit for dinner and has a very relaxed atmosphere. We treated ourselves to the special thali and were not disappointed! It was huge but there was quality as well as quantity - fantastic...curries, spinach naan and an amazing coconut chocolate desert! Make sure you go very hungry if you're going to order the thali though!!More
We came 2 times to have lunch and food was very good, but dessert was even BETTER!! Try the apple cake with ice cream and the rice pudding! They both have spices and taste incredible.
