I have a booking in this hotel for 2 rooms for 3 nights. When I reached the hotel, reception person denied giving rooms to me by saying please call customer care service as the rates are revised and Oyo must have informed you (Nobody has...informed me anything from Oyo's side, they even called a day before to confirm the booking and sent me the confirmation mail with the price mentioned). As it was a new city and we all were so tired, we accepted the EXTRA CHARGES hotel asked us to pay. When I checked out, I received original amount's receipt (nothing has been mentioned in regards to the extra charges I paid). It seems the extra amount is the fees which I paid not to get harassed in middle of the day in an unknown city. OYO doesn't even seem to bother for the same as they simply asked us to shift to a low budget hotel as compare to our current booking due to on day high price rise (your hard work to book a hotel well advance is in vain). I stayed there last week and experienced a beautiful stay. Staff was good, rooms were clean, restaurant was good. A beautiful view of City Palace from Roof top Restaurant. Over all its Very good. Only bad thing was Swimming Pool its too short and dirty...water.More

We took two rooms at the property, rooms were excellent considering the price we paid for the property. We opted for this property just because this had a swimming pool and my kids wanted something with swimming pool. First day the pool was so dirty...the kids did not want to even touch the water, i spoke to someone at the reception at the time of check in that we want SWIMMING POOL and they said yeah we will clean it. The next morning pool was not clean and the staff at the reception was very very rude, I myself work with a hotel, imagine if I behave in such a way with my guest, my management is gonna kick me out. After a lots of deliberation, the same guy went up and cleaned the pool, he in fact emptied the pool and refilled it (my kids loved it) Wow what an amazing gesture this was, I then I took a step back and thought why these people are behaving in such a way, they were quite possessive about the property. I certainly give 5 stars to this amazing place, god blessMore
