We stayed for 5 nights in a group of 9. The breakfast and dinner buffet were acceptable but somewhat inconsistent between dishes and between meals. For example, occasionally a dish would lack salt or the cupcakes wouldn’t be soft enough. On the contrary, the à la carte option was always par, leaving no complaints with either food or desserts. Perhaps it was because our food was cooked by the head chef, who took our requests for items outside menu with great enthusiasm and delivered a satisfied appetite every instance. There was no dedicated vegan menu or plant milk options, but the chef cooked up vegan dishes on request.

Excellent Service and well- spread Buffet

My mother and I stayed at Ramada, Udaipur for 4 nights and bought the package that included breakfast and dinner at Myra restaurant every day. It is conveniently located on the second level, up the elevator from the lobby. Breakfasts, as well as dinners, had a buffet. We were quite impressed by the spread as it had a range of Indian as well as Western dishes. Breakfast had fruit salads, pastries, and croissants. donuts, cereals, bread toast to Idli, Vada sambhar, Poha, and so on. There were live counters for customized omelets and Dosas. There were freshly squeezed juices as well as hot tea and coffee. Similarly, the dinner buffet included different soups and salads. There used to be an array of vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian curry dishes with non-vegetarian items on a separate table. There were live Tandoori counters for appetizers like kebabs. Finally, there were always multiple delicious dessert items. We were also impressed by the service of all the waiters/ waitresses, especially Neelam. My mother uses a walker/ wheelchair and has limited mobility. However, Neelam and other waiting staff were always prompt to help her in serving various food items at the table. We would definitely dine again at Myra during the next visit to Udaipur.

Food is superB. Staff at Myra restaurant specially Shambhavi and Sanjana helped my kid to get whatever he needed with no extra price (all included in buffet). Food is of good variety and live counters.

Myra restaurant was amazing and if i could give more than 5 star would not only is the feed impeccable but the services and hospitality is top notch, the staff of the restaurant was so attentive and detailed oriented, making it truly of a kind experience. Our server Shambavi was adorable and has very good knowledge about the taste of people who comes various places. Good luck to all and thanks for the wonderful days.

The food was good beyond the limits. Everything in food item was properly served with pure taste which anyone would have liked it. The best service regarding the dinning foods are very tasty particularly mutton biryani, laal Maas,and soo on. Staffs are very polite. Serving very nicely, well conversent with the hospitality, hygienic everywhere. In these matter I want to specifically mention the name of Ms Susmita and Ms Shroti, they took care of us throughout. Everything was nice I will highly recommend this restaurant to all my family members and friends.

Well we came to Udaipur and stayed at Lalit hotel. One of our friends recommended this restaurant at Ramada, though the distance to this resort was there but every penny and time spent here was priceless. We our entire family thoroughly enjoyed the place whether it was service or ambience.. Thank you for such a lovely host. Will visit again when touring Udaipur.

It was a wonderful feeling at Myra beside the delicious food - the personal care and hospitality by Ms. Sambhavi was outstanding and very appreciable. It made us feel more comfortable and her ever smiling and prompt approach to any need was simply remarkable. Her attendance to our needs at Myra was a glitter to the Gold. Food taste can be improved more but over all it was a pleasure experience. The staff assistance was pretty good specially bhagvati rai as milk was not in the dinner menu but she managed to arrange that for us . So it was a kind gesture form her.

Nice place but few things need improvement

We decided to visit this place after seeing highest top rated reviews. Warm welcome by staff. Very responsive. Giving 3 star, Reason 1: We ordered soups. They served and we found it warm and not steamy hot. We asked to change them, they make it and again it came warm only. We had it as it is. They again served the same soups complementary which were steamy hot. Such things are not expected fromThe highly rated restaurant. Reason 2: In Garlic cheddar fries, they described to provide cheddar cheese fondue but was not served. They told that cheese was added on fries. I met chef. And I showed him fondue on google. I think they didn’t know exactly about fondue. Overall it was good experience but our expectations were high seeing reviews by others.

Had a great stay

We stayed at Ramada for 5 days and 6 nights and had most of our meals at their restaurant Myra. The breakfast buffets have ample variety in various cuisines. The dinner buffets are a treat too. I recommend trying out the speciality of the day from local cuisine. The staff are very hospitable and considerate of one's needs, which made it very easy to feed my toddler and be able to have a decent meal ourselves. I would like to mention Davinder, Yashika, Kishan, Ashish, Nisha and Anukool who were kind, hospitable and took great care of us.

Service is good. Breakfast spread has variety like American, European, South Indian, North Indian. They will also serve dosas, parathas and omelettes on order. For lunch and dinner taste was good. The portions are massive and sufficient for 3-4 people, so it justifies the price. Overall a nice experience.

Great gesture

Restaurant is having a great variety of food and beverages. It provides great taste. The flavors in food are cherry on top. The staff is also very kind and very helpful and always tries to fulfil the customer needs. The staff manager Mr. Lalnan is very sweet and always greet with a great smile on his face. Would really recommend to visit the restaurant and enjoy the food and hospitality.

Dinner at Myra restaurant

Last night my husband and I probably had the best dinner experience EVER! We are staying In Udaipur for a week and wanted to experience local cuisine so we went to Myra at Ramada hotel. What an experience! We asked the staff to choose local vegetarian meals for us. They explained what each food was and helped us to plate up and make the most of the experience. The food was incredible. Layers of subtle spices and local ingredients combined to show of the best of Rajasthani cuisine I would like to say a big thank you to Chhotu, Rahur and Jasmin who made the night so unforgettable and to the Chef who is a genius!

Our 4 day stay at Ramada was extremely warm and pleasant. All the services starting from Janitorial and dining is excellent. At dining service Koustav really served us well. His behavior is extremely skilled, patient and is perfectly placed to take up higher responsibility. His throughout attention on each and every customer and catering service customized to the need of individual. He is praise worthy. We wish him grow much higher in his career. Overall the hotel provided us good service and an extremely comfortable stay.
