After visiting earlier in the day and leaving to find a place that served beer (we made the assumption that such a health conscious place wouldn't serve alcohol) we returned for dinner. The food was beyond belief and they served beer. Food tasted fresh and...More

For all those who have never been, have been, and will visit Udaipur again, I recommend Millets of Mewar near Hanuman Ghat. To taste how excellent and tasty organic, vegan food can be - Rajasthani and fusion Rajasthani cuisine - this is the place to...More

We had the banana honey pancake and the whole grain paneer wrap. The pancake was delicious and the wrap was so fresh, both amazing. Very nice atmosphere and chai, as well as super friendly staff. Such a refreshingly healthy breakfast after weeks of oily (but...More

This is a great palace to escape the usual greasy food of Rajasthan. I had great range of western to Indian cuisine.

We had a meal here and enjoyed it so much that we thought we would enrol in their cooking class. Sunny took the class, we ate like kings, and now we can eat like kings at home with our newly obtained cooking knowledge.

We came for lunch and decided on Indian tacos and some traditional Indian Street food choices. Both were great, the tacos being delicious and a welcome break from curry. Great lunch, great view, great service !

Whilst staying in Udaipur for 3-4 weeks, I ended up visiting this restaurant a lot. The food is authentically Indian with a healthy twist! Moreover, the lakeside tables are perfect for watching the sun set and the bats migrate over the lake at around 7pm....More

When we were there 3 weeks ago they did. You just need to contact them and/or give them 24 hour notice so they can coordinate your trip. A day in advanced should not be a problem.enjoy!!

Description
This restaurant started five years ago and the owners spent years studying the relationship between food, taste, health & the environment. They re-created vegetarian recipes by using alternative grains/millets such as Amaranth, Ragi, etc that are gluten-free & highly nutritious, and made tasty cookies, shakes & desserts that are also vegan. Their delicious salads are washed with filtered water and Indian tacos / chapatti pizzas are quick, tasty snacks. They also offer a full Indian food menu that is organic & tastes incredible. Their juices are made with really fresh vegetables & fruits. The restaurant is situated near the lake with awesome views of the lake, old temple with monkeys & parrots, and of city palace from the 2nd floor. The first floor has mattresses & low-height tables to sit & eat in traditional Indian style. The food is cooked from fresh raw materials so it takes 10-20 min more than usual, and the serving staff communicates which menu item will take long time.
