It's a small restaurant in the basement of a hotel. Excellent food cooked fresh and quickly - less oily and less spicy - just the way we wanted it. It was one of the best meals we had at Sawai Madhopur. would go back again!

Note: This one is besides to gas station and may be confused with another some distance away towards the sanctuary. Our Taj Hotel driver took us to the other one first and we returned to this one as we got directed by the owner. If...you consider the meal only, the restaurant nails it more or less. Think of it as a place you can dine without the worry of a tummy ache next day. Better than the dhaba food with low processed flour was good to hear. The hotel is based at a curve which has some broken patches of road, so the outdoor dinning wasn't preferred for us. If the road was ok, it could have been fine. So we stepped down to the basement restaurant though there were others dinning in the small lawn. The basement gives you a slightly old feeling and was quite a change from the Taj and we had multiple thoughts of dropping it and going back to our hotel. The owner though put us to ease and we eased into a good meal. Though slightly spicy, but the order for the kid was without any spice. We also got a complementary ride back to the Taj. The owner also mentioned of building a loyal fan base before he ventures out to a full resort model. Wish him luck with that.More
