Shri Mishrilal Hotel is a small food joint, located just inside the southern gate of Sardar Market. This 90 year old, not-so-fancy shop is best known for its makhaniya lassi that is so creamy and rich that foodies use the term “eating” for the drink! It is best tasted with a spoon due to its heavy texture. This is an absolute must-have if you are in Jodhpur. Probably the best joint to taste lassi in the entire Rajasthan. Samosas and rabri at Shri Mishrilal Hotel will also leave you asking for more. The shop remains open from 8 AM to 10 PM and is a huge hit with the locals; it’s advisable to go early in the day or evening for they run out of the best fare pretty quickly.

The place has a reputation for serving one of the best Lassi and it lives to true to its reputation. The lassi is so dense that it has to be eaten rather then drinking, The Rabdi is good. One should visit this place, a small seating space is available , the owner are very helpful. The pricing is very cheap, do not miss the spot is it situated with in the Sardar Gate , near clock tower,

If you want to have authentic traditional sweets and makhaniya lassi - you should visit to Mishrilal lal Hotel at clock tower nai sarak.
Well it's a shop hence there is no sitting arrangement but you can enjoy the delicacies by standing in shop.

Located near the Clock tower, the place is really famous for its Rabdi and Makhaniya lassi. Tried out the same and one could surely feel the difference. Priced at 45 each the Lassi and Rabdi have decent portion size and really good taste. While the taste is good, we did not find it exceptional. We also tried the Mirchi wada which turned out to be really good.

Established in 1927-long before I was born.
We had heard so much about this place that we knew we simply HAD to pay a visit. We were in the vicinity of the Clock Tower in Jodhpur and a policeman smilingly pointed it out to us...we were standing at a stone's throw from it and had not spotted it. It is a humble establishment with a huge reputation. Do not expect anything fancy, not even the furniture. The behavior is polite and friendly. As we were being served, a local urchin walked in, paid, sat down at an adjoining table and enjoyed his sweets and lassi. No difference in treatment ..such a wonderful thing to see.
The lassi to my great disappointment was too thick and too, too sweet for me to even down two mouthfuls. I should have visited when I was as young as that little kid and the metabolism at its peak.
But, it is a box ticked.

Had great traditional lassi at this ‘hotel’, along with local Kuchuri snack and pede biscuits. Give your order at the counter and exchange money for tokens then find an empty bench in the packed seating area. Food and drinks are served to you. Lassi is in glasses with spoons. Don’t look to see where they are washed (!) but we were fine after eating there. Great local place

On the Final day, after having lunch, we came here for dessert, we had
• moon dal halwa,
• gond pak,
• rabdi ..etc
I liked everything. I found Makhaniya lassi was sweet compared normal lassi.

It is an old Lassi shop offering you a variety of flavoured lassis . It is situated near Ghantaghar ( Clock tower) in the congested part of old Jodhpur. I went early evening , hence it wasn't that crowded. Kesar pista Lassi which I tried , was really good.

This place serves not only the best lassi in jodhpur but possibly one of the best lassis you can have ....period! The rabri is pretty awesome too. This place serves a very limited menu but most of the stuff is excellent.
The place is always crowded and there are limited seats. Even if one has to wait....it's worth it This place be no frills but appearances can be deceptive

It may be a matter of taste, but, to me, the famous lassi was extremely sweet. It's like a milk shake. It has nothing to do with the lassis I took in India (and that are great). If I’m going to recommend something there, I would recommend Special Pede, a sweet cardamom mass. The fact is that the place was full and the people seemed to love the lassi, so tvz I'm being unfair in evaluating badly. But for those who do not like very sweet flavors, there is a warning.

Shop is famous for lassi but you can get Samosa, Kachori, Namkeen as well. Makhaniya lassi is the most sweetest drink I've ever had in my life. It was so sweet that I couldn't even finish it even after diluting it with water.

Visited this place on the recommendation of my driver, Bagh Singh, who said this place is famous for Lassi. As recommended, had lassi which was awesome. Very refreshing. The malai on top of it was thick and good quality . It didn't gave any milky taste.
Highly recommended

Despite its popularity, this place lives up to the hype with its exceptional lassi and sweets. The quality of the food is excellent, and the service is commendable. The place is also well-maintained, making it a pleasant spot to visit.
If you have a sweet tooth, this is an absolute must-visit. Even if you don’t, their lassi is a specialty worth experiencing. A delightful stop for anyone exploring Jodhpur

A must visit place in Jodhpur and its bang on the door while entering the clock tower....its busy and populr. Tried there makhaniya lassi, which was good and had a unique taste. I also tried their Rabdi and I liked it more than the lassi. Overall, good experience.....prices are moderate.
