Restaurant Nice rooftop terrace with good breakfast and for lunch the (mixed) chowmein is very good! French fries could be better. Hotel Very nice accomodation, nice pool (though bit chilly in the winter season).

We visited this place and found it to be very spacious and maintained fairly well.Its USP is its huge size which gives its patrons/customers/ visitors a beautiful feeling wanting to explore and learn more and more about this giant sized and historical structure

After staying here for 2 weeks, we have a lot to say about the Hotel Lal Garh Fort and Palace. When we first got here, they made us feel like this was our home. Every day the same friendly staff greets and treats us to...the best Jaisalmer has to offer. The staff feels like family and we do feel like this is our home away from home. The hotel is large and the property is kept clean. There is a beautiful indoor pool on the first floor. Plenty of parking for cars in the front and side. The restaurant has a large menu of delicious foods offering Rajasthani options, Indian cuisine, Chinese food, and a good range of snacks. There are two floors to the restaurant and you can choose to eat inside with air conditioning, or outside with a Fort view. For the best views, breeze, and sun, you can sit upstairs on the beautiful, large roof deck. The hotel has a large, electric backup generator which came in handy every day due to the instability of Jaisalmer’s electric grid. Even though the power in the city goes out every day, we were never left in the dark at Hotel Lal Garh, We also appreciated the good, stable internet and wifi in our room and throughout the restaurant. We were able to work online whenever we wanted. The location is excellent! It’s an easy walk to the Fort, the markets, and lots of restaurants. Although we wish we could take Hotel Lal Garh with us to all the other cities on our trip through India, we are happy knowing that the next time we come to Jaisalmer, we have a home here at this hotel. 5 star staff. 5 star hotel. 5 star experience.More

Highly recommended. Narendra and his team made our 2 night stay a memorable experience. The food was excellent, capped off by enjoying the sunset, followed by candlelit dinner and excellent fort views.

The ambience of the restaurant is great. It has good facilities like lift, credit cards being acceptable, AC dining hall, etc. which are missing in most of the restaurants in Jaisalmer. The food tastes authentic.

Fast and friendly service. I tried the lal maans here for the first time and it was absolutely delicious.i got it with garlic naan and banana lassi,both were great.the prices are very reasonable .it has been our best food in India after 2 weeks traveling...around.this is a must in jaisalmer.More

It was an awesome experience. Had so much fun in live music and service was also very nice. We were served by Mr. Dava Staff is very polite, cooperative and also gives suggestions of best items.

The food has always been excellent here when I've visited and ordered take away, and I've really enjoyed trying some of the Rajasthani dishes that I haven't come across before. Even though it is often busy, the service doesn't suffer in any way and is...efficient and very pleasant. Highly recommend.More

Mouthwatering dishes made our last day in 5 days tour of Jodhpur and Jaisalmer. It was the best food experience during our stay. Taste was ultimate though aesthetics and hygiene need a lot of improvement.
