MAMMA MIA!' BAKERY CAFE, Bhubaneswar

I had ordered a black forest cake for a very special occasion. For the first time in my life, I had a cake where there were red jellies (or something red in color & weird in taste) inside the cake. The roadside bakeshops are far...most superior to this so-called fancy cake shop in terms of taste. The birthday message didn’t even have the person’s name. When I requested them to add the name, the staff responded, “I can’t do anything now and everybody has left the place”. Imagine having a birthday cake without having the person’s name on it. To top it all, the professionalism of the staff is of the highest order here and they are forever busy to even respond to messages. They charged me an exorbitant price for a tasteless and nameless birthday cake. They insisted on having the cake from this place as we were dining in Mayfair and particularly mentioned that they “do not allow outside cakes inside their premises”. This was my first and the last experience here. Must avoid this place!More

Worth going for its ambience, bakery and food.

We spent an evening here, very warm staff, good food, child friendly too, pleasant ambience, we'd a really good time at this cafe.

Excellent food and service!

I am happy to have found Mama Mia Cafe & Bakery in Bhubaneswar. Some years ago, when I was here, it had only the bakery at that location and I was a very satisfied customer. I have been there to the Cafe regularly in the...past few months and must say that it is a delightful place... a lovely atmosphere with delicious food and the staff is excellent...very friendly and helpful! The Ideal Cafe

Mamma Mia is the most Ideal Cafe one would find in Odisha. They also serve Mexican & Italian cuisines. The ambience is beautiful with comfortable seating. The Burritos & Mediterranean Veg Soup are my favourites. They have a variety of pastries as well. My kids...loved the Australia Chocolate Pastry. The staff gave a wonderful dinning experience.More

Awesome bakery

Some say it's too costly. I say it's worth the money. Very well baked and authentic taste of almost all products. Be it cake or pastries the taste is comparable to Wenger's at cp Delhi . Highly professional bakery shop. High end and exotic cakes...are a must buy .it's worth the money guys . I relish it . Whenever I'm near by I never miss to visit .More

Nice italian and mexican food

Mamma Mia is a bakery shop within Mayfair. It is just besides the Super Snax and Nakli Dhaba. It is one of the best in the town for bakery products but also serves mexican and italian food as well. Generally we visit the Mayfair play...area where in my kid loves to play and we spend time relaxing and savoring over the banarasi pan from the pan shop. But this time we were accompanied by 3 other friends of my daughter. So after spending a bit of time at the play area, we decided to eat out in Mamma Mia. We ordered for some chicken quesadilla, chicken burritos, veg nacho supreme and spaghetti agilo olio. Everything was yum but I have to nit-pick, the nachos could have had bit more cheddar cheese. We closed it with creme brûlée and choco lava cake. The cost was around 1800 bucks. Overall a fairly nice experience. There are also sizzlers, which one could try but we did not as I was not sure whether the kids would like the peri peri or BBQ sauce. I have tried the wood fired pizzas here before and they are really good as well. Would love to recommend. The ambience and decor is nice and casual.More

Delicious delicious delicious

Having food in Mamma Mia is really a good experience. I have been going to this place for quite some time now and their standard seems to be just the same if not getting better. I really love their bakery products and their food is...also too good. The best part is that you can request the chef to make certain changes customised for you (like if you are on a special diet or something or if your preference is different he is always ready to oblige). I like the ambiance and the decor too. The staff is courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.More

Pastry delight!
