They have a great Buffet spread for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Both veg and non-veg dishes are served. Very hygienic. Less oil. Not too spicy. Very nicely priced. Good value for money.

The breakfast at Malas is a must have. Also the lunch and dinner should be tasted. They have wide variety of food to offer cooked in an authentic style. Also the staffs at the restaurant are very friendly and helpful. Full marks to them

Hello fellas...its very easy to write a review about this place...EXCELLENT. The place is a awesome pet friendly hotel in panchgani. The Place 1. This place is approx 4hrs drive from navi mumbai via Mumbai-Pune expressway. It would be a bit difficult to locate the...hotel. Please follow google maps. 2. Pets are allowed; need not worry. 3. The rooms are good, clean and spacious for a family stay. 4. Most of the rooms here are with a Verandah where you can put in chairs and relax. 5. The wash rooms are clean and neat. They have maintained the resort very well. 6. There are some rooms which are lawn facing and some are garden facing rooms. Please opt for the inner garden facing rooms as those are lil away from the road and generally quiet 7. They also have a coffee shop which serves shakes and juices. They also sell malas products. If you planning to buy Strawberry crush etc please opt for the Whole strawberry crush or Whole mixed berries crush which is better than the regular ones. 8. They also have ample parking space. 9. Good lawn for pets and kids to play. 10. The place is close to Table Top point and Panchgani market where you can buy fresh veggies n fruits. The Food 1. Opt for an all inclusive plan( breakfast, lunch and dinner) included. 2. This place serves some lip-smacking non-veg food. They serve equally great veg food too. They are have a very bohri tinge to their food. 3. Since we had a pet dog we ordered food in the room which they happily served. 4. The service was prompt. We had to order boiled chicken and rice for our dog they followed exact instruction and served food on time. The Staff 1. They are the most courteous staff I've ever met. 2. Reception staff was very helpful with the formalities on arrival. 3. They are at your service whenever needed without hesitation. 4. Mr Mohsin(Restaurant manager) was very very helpful with the restaurant service. He helped with right place to buy fresh locally grown veggies and strawberries. 5. The staff is very courteous with a smile and serve attitude. A small incident to share My dog met with a small accident while playing in the lawn in the evening on the first day. He was bleeding from his paws. They were very helpful in getting the veterinary number and one of the guy even accompanied us to the vet. Incase of any vet emergency please consult Janice Trust. The Service 1. Very prompt service. Will I visit again? Yes Yes Yes Any suggestions? 1. Have proper directions to the hotel as it is a bit difficult to locate it. 2. We experienced peace at malas. Hotel is old styled but with neat rooms and good service. The stay was inclusive of meals (only option given to us) and food was awesome..Vegetarian options were equally good as others..we enjoyed our stay and would like to come...back again.More

It's impressively beautiful, it's spotlessly clean, it's peaceful .. it's got the old world charm with all amenities.. plantation, greenery, flower fragrance all around..the rates are reasonably fair.. and above all coz I'm a foodie, it serves the best food you can get away from...home..in terms of Taste, Variety in Veg/N.Veg & Hygienic .. and above all, superb service by all staff.. they don't got a NO in their dictionary!! I'm super impressed.. The Restaurant Manager, sorry forgot his name.. the fellows got a charming attitude with a huge huge smile that never dims 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 keep it up guys ..
