This is the Panchgani Outlet of the Hugely Popular Mumbai Headquartered Chain of Jafferbhai's Delhi Darbar Restaurants, that are Famous for their Biryani and other Great Mughlai Food. The Outer Signage, Inner Decor, etc is the same in all their Outlets and makes it Instantly Recognizable, which is Very Good. There is Ample Parking and like all of their other Outlets, they have Clean Washrooms too. Most Importantly, the Menu is almost the same and the Quality of the Food is consistently maintained in all their Outlets, which makes it an Excellent Dining Experience. While all their Outlets are Comfortably Airconditioned, none of them serve any Alcoholic Drinks, which is something you will have to live with.
Eating here gives you the same experience as at any of their other Outlets, as the Food is always Excellent. A Great Place to eat at in Panchgani, if you are looking for Good Mughlai Food and their prices are quite reasonable too.

This is the Panchgani Outlet of the Hugely Popular Mumbai Headquartered Chain of Jafferbhai's Delhi Darbar Restaurants, that are Famous for their Biryani and other Great Mughlai Food. The Outer Signage, Inner Decor, etc is the same in all their Outlets and makes it Instantly Recognizable, which is Very Good. There is Ample Parking and like all of their other Outlets, they have Fairly Clean Washrooms too. Most Importantly, the Menu is almost the same and the Quality of the Food is consistently maintained in all their Outlets, which makes it an Excellent Dining Experience. While all their Outlets are Comfortably Airconditioned, none of them serve any Alcoholic Drinks, which is something you will have to live with.
This time around, we had Chicken Seek Kebab for Starters, followed by Mutton Sali Boti (Boneless) with Garlic Nan and Tandoori Paratha. While the preparation of the Mutton Sali Boti was good as always, the Mutton Pieces were very tiny and mostly all Scrap/Leftover pieces full of Sinews and other non prime pieces, which was not expected from a Restaurant of this repute. There was not a single Good Mutton Piece in the entire dish and this was Very Disappointing. Would not recommend eating this dish here again. The Chicken Seek Kebab, Garlic Nan and the Tandoori Paratha were Excellent, as expected.
A Great Place to eat at in Panchgani, if you are looking for Good Mughlai Food and their prices are quite reasonable too.

The restaurant is very famous as it’s a brand from Mumbai. The food taste is good. The reason for 3 stars is because we visited the place on a Saturday and it was over crowded, we had no problems waiting but they were not providing seating on first come first serve basis. They were making big groups sit first and also people with reference. We waited for 30 mins and when asked they said to wait for another 30-45 mins. Whereas there were people who came after us, siting and enjoying their meal. We took parcel and left the place.
Suggestion - Please don’t visit the place on weekends.

Jafar bhais Delhi darbar is a well known restaurant in Mumbai they have many outlets in Mumbai this was my first time too there at Panchgani restaurant it was a good place clean hygiene and good food specially there biryani was very tasty and delicious will definitely visit next time

Had biryani and it was very dry. They don't even provide raita with it. But they provide pickles which doesn't add up to anything.

So this is my must go to restaurant when I am in Panchgani. Preferably avoid the peak timings to avoid waiting. Chinese, moghlai, biryanis are their speciality.

Thankfully being our Savior, the food was delivered to us in sherbaugh theme resort. All starters were amazing but the main course - mutton nihari, wasn't very great. Was expecting a little too much because of the great starters!

Real good place for Mughlai food in Panchgani. Ambiance and food taste both are awesome.
Service is quite fast instead of huge crowed of year end.

Jaffer Bhai’s is a famous brand for biryani and mughlai food
But biryani here was no where close to the original Jaffer Bhai’s
I would recommend their Chinese over their mughlai dishes
Their nihari and dabba gosh is nice

Great place for good Mughalai food. All their chicken dishes are amazing. My fave is the Chicken Biryani.
Place is amazingly clean. Staff is very helpful.
Service is quick.
Moreover, it is very reasonably priced.
Must visit this place if you are a non-veg lover visiting Panchgani.

Having tasted good food in India and abroad. Jaffer Bhai's Delhi Darbar is one of the best. He has been a friend due to the taste of food he offers. Many time in Mumbai we have loved his food and now was passing by Panchgani. But it would be unfair if I would not turn my car to Dokson Road, Near Baby Point, Panchgani. So took my family and it was worth the visit. There are other several places we visited on the holiday trip but this takes the top place.
