Good View from room and also very accessible beach.We tried so many seafood delicacies from Bait and hook and it all tasted so good.  We loved seerfish gravy paired with steamed rice,  calamari...starters, prawn masala. They also have different dishes for vegetarians.. one of them we tried was paneer pakora. We also tried their inhouse special tender coconut mousse which is highly recommended.  Also if you are staying here you can have a candle light dinner under the canopy of stars watching the waves crashing.  It was a beautiful experience for us.  We missed the vibe at Bait and hook restaurant as it was under renovation but we will surely come visit it again the next time we are in varkala.More

I asked to make diet seafood (without oil and spices), kindly explained to the waiter that I have sensitive stomach. After long waiting they brought oily fried fish. I was disappointed. Couldn’t eat that at all. Prices in restaurant not correspond to quality.

I went there after lockdown opened and I had...really nice experience. I have been to so many places in India and most of time, I had to struggle with food and especially when it comes to south as I am from North but this time I was not disappointed and in fact I was happy because even though I tried South Indian dishes.
