The food was very rich and delicious. I had some vegetable kebabs, mango lassi, murgh tikka masala and some garlic naan. They were all nice but the murgh was particularly special and I highly recommend. Only downside is I thought it was quite expensive.

The place is opulent and designed like a durbar. Specialize in North Indian food. Lots of seating. Service was okay. The chicken starter was spicy but the yellow dal was very good. Rotis so-so. Expensive though. Has some parking. Serves drinks

The place is right on outer ring road and with ample parking space. My overall experience is mixed. Starting from the entry. We went there on a Sat evening and the restaurant was empty but still the person at the entry was insisting on my...name and contact no. Dont know why. The ambience is awesome and you tend to feel that you have been transported to Mugal era. The seating is comfortable. The menu is extensive and much good variety. However other than one or two all are super spicy. Me and my family could not handle their medium spicy food too. It was a let down. I felt the food is prepared with a focus to hide the actual taste and numb the taste bud with chilli. Its let down... paying premium price getting food equivalent to a local Andhra restaurant. Mughals are from north eastern and middle east. Their food is not spicy and so is punjabi food. Beware if you are sensitive to spiceMore

Random lunch outing with colleagues ends up nicely. A place with a nice ambiance and good food is what we all want. Jalsa for sure is one such place. It's a mughlai restaurant with both the options of veg and non-veg. We liked all what...we had but two dishes really stand out (daal tadka and chicken patiala).More

The place is great, differ kind including the sitting arrangement, feels like you are at a Mughal Darbar. The Service is great, feels like you are getting special attentions. But one of dish served as Mutton believe to be sheep meet, other wise great.

I felt like I was transported back to ancient India/Persia (as I imagine it in my minds eye). Great food, was fun to wear the colourful turbans at the tables, great ambience and good service.

Jalsa is a nicely decorated themed restaurant where you can enjoy good Mughal food and ambience. They provide you with Mughal robes and turban, a Talwar as well, so you can some fun with family and friends! Food is good but service time can be...a little better. Staff is courteous and prompt. Overall a nice place!More

First-time visitors might do a double take when they walk in. The decor is difficult to miss. But the food is good enough to make you want to come back to the place.

The decor is meant to be grand ,but ends up being a bit too loud ! However Swati g is comfortable and there is a choice of buffet and a la carte . We opted for the latter and found the service to be good.... Helpings were big as well . The Lamb chops ( Burrah Kebab ) were tender and well spiced and the Yellow Dal was tasty too . Soup was average ,but biryani came well presented . Prices a bit on the high side for Bangalore standards .More

A large table can be booked at the centre of the restaurant. I am not sure about decor since it's a open place.
